That breakfast casserole looks so delicious and easy, I'm going to make it for Christmas brunch! Since I've become pregnant I can't tolerate lactose very well though, so I'm going to reduce the cheese and use lactose free milk. Edit: I made the casserole for Christmas brunch, and it was delicious! My husband, who's a picky eater, even liked it! I used the full 2 cups of shredded cheese, lactose free milk, and added a 1/2 tsp of salt to the egg mixture. I'm keeping this one in my recipe book. Thanks so much, Liz, and Merry Christmas!
