Yes! That's a great idea. You can definitely do this. They'll last for 3 months in the freezer. Before you want to use them, just remove from the freezer and let thaw in the fridge overnight. Enjoy!

Can I ask is it for dietary reasons? Meaning no-dairy? Because for that you could leave out, but if you just don't like cottage cheese (and I don't either!) I must confess that it really has no taste in this recipe, it just gives it that souffle like texture, and I haven't found anything else that reacts the same way! But if you can't eat it, you really could just leave it out, it just won't puff up as much. Hope that helps!

Hi 👋 Beth, I searched for the egg soufflé by clicking on the link and also searching your website. Have you removed that one? I make this every Sunday for my family, but cut the recipe in half. I have been estimating the amounts of the flour, baking soda and butter by looking at the video and find the bake does not rise as high as it did when I first made the full recipe and was able to access the actual recipe.
