I made these yesterday for my party and they were a huge hit. The guys couldn't get enough of them. I increased the amount of garlic and ginger and used potato starch. The trick of spraying the the wings with oil before broiling is a MUST if you want crispy wings.

Those look AWESOME and Dude knows how to properly eat a wing. I was beginning to think I was the only one who ate them that way. I would imagine that would work on thighs, as well.

Try using a foil lined pan with a wire rack on top to better circulate the air while the wings are roasting.
Good idea but I’m afraid to use the rack so close to the broiler.
If you use the wire rack you lose a lot of the moisture and flavor

Lol! I still refer to them as 2 bones or 1. When the kids were little, it was easiest to ask which they wanted.
You know you have a great recipe when your broiler burns the wings and they still taste moist and delish! Next into the air fryer they go!! Great flavor with sauce!

U can buy a reusable plastic system for breading off Amazon for pretty inexpensively, too, that is dishwasher safe. It’s a sizeable Tupperware like system, but very effective.

I'm not making a midnight snack I was thinking I might make these on the weekend for my partner.... also I was thinking once it's been under the broiler you bring it out and toss the chicken through the sauce you could perhaps put it back on the trade put it back under the broiler just to Chrisp up the stickiness?? !

Hi Flo, do you put them in the oven with high or low broil temp.
When I was in college, I was friends with a Vietnamese family. When I went to their house for dinner, the father would use chop sticks, but the sons would eat with forks. When I mentioned that the sons did not use chop sticks, their only response was "too slow".
Just made these tonight! Delicious! Next time I would put chicken wings on a wire rack so they don’t get soggy in the drippings.

It looks delicious l have to try it .Try and put 1/4 teaspoon of tumeric when you cook any meat it takes that meat taste away. Also adds a slight colour too.
I do! Chicken does have a smell. As a matter of fact, all meats and poultry smell
