    I'm going to use the sauce as a marinade, marinate for two or three days in the fridge, and then either put them into the air fryer or bake them. Thank you for all your recipes and making everything look so easy. I love your videos!

    It may seem like a lot of soy sauce, but dark soy sauce isn’t nearly as salty as regular soy sauce. It has a richer flavor, but not necessarily saltier. Dark soy just gives more color and a richer flavor.

    • @letty928gaviola5
      @letty928gaviola5 5 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Tai Phan. That is almost my recipe, only without green onions, ginger, and cinnamon. Do not throw the sauce. You can use it as a dip or sauce for your chicken. The leftover sauce, sometimes I make a fried rice using that sauce without any oil. You can put whatever you want in your fried rice. Fried eggs, sausage, or vegetables. Try it. Be sure you do not put too much sauce in your fried rice. Just enough not to stick the rice in the pan. Or else the rice will be watery.

    • @kennethguo192
      @kennethguo192 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      You can filter out the solids and put it in the freezer so that next time you can reuse it. It will actually taste better cuz chicken has added flavour to the sauce
