I heard/read that the 40k show could be shelved bcz Henry Cavill is against the idea introducing female Adeptus Custodes, which GW seem to have made lore a short while ago. It seems amazon wanted it that way. What do you think about it?
Here me out: About the mad count of averland and daisy : they could do some voice lines like vilitch has with his brother.
The count talks to daisy and daisy makes a few noises to respond, and they very in tone to fit as a reply!

Gorbad Ironclaw is the Orc equivalent to Grom The Paunch. Both used everything at their disposal and were both brutally cunning and cunningly brutal. In fact he and Grom are the predecessors of Grimgor and Skarsnik.
Also give me based Sehenesmet to finish the Tomb Kings. Apophas can be an LH along with Ramhotep.
I only want Gorbad if he’s actually monster-sized. Warhammer games are often so bad with getting the size of the orc Bosses. In both 40K and Fantasy.

Finubar the Seafarer. I always wanted to give him a better send-off than Games Workshop did, one of the few genuinely decent people in the setting.
Prince Aislinn and the Sea Patrol would fit that bill
Finubar is not a warrior. He's a diplomat and statesman but he's famously incompetent when it comes to fighting. Now one Elf who perfectly fits the bill for LH and had a shitty fate in End Times is Korhil.
My head canon has always been that the second LL you start with Tyrion's faction (the Chrace Guy), who is a/the captain of Finubar's bodyguard I think, is escorting him as he marches around.

I think we could definitely fit one more Tomb King DLC in with Apophas.

HELL NO. I don't want whiny Ramhotep. Give me The Chad Vizier of Quatar Sehenesmet who fits that theme perfectly since he is a High Liche Priest who entombed himself inside a Bone Giant that has a crook that shoots magic missiles equivalent of the amount of people he slew with it. Not to mention unlike that whiny git of an identity thief, Sehenesmet leads an army made of purely constructs.
What about Tomb Barque? Give the tomb kings their equivalent of a landship!
@@oreledoria2537 Also Carrion Riders. They used to be a thing back when all Undead were in one army book and Carrions were ridden by proto-Wraiths.
Then we had the Warhammer RPG where Tomb Kings were shown to have Carrions big enough to ride them...and then we have the Old World. And there are sketches of Carrions big enough to ride them.
Tbh I don't see TKs getting anything until Nagash and Nagash/Neferata will be hybrid vampire counts/tomb king armies meaning we'll hopefully get some units for both races :D

I will forever wait for Moonclaw, Son of Morrslieb. We only ever got that partial model, and then the art, but it has been the dream.
The Daemon factions need more unique and varied LL's. When they were announced as a part of Warhammer Total War 3 I thought their rosters would end up being as varied as the Lizardmen, with LL's coming in all shapes and sizes.
Tzeentch would be easy enough to achieve this, by introducing Egrimm van Horstmann and Galrauch to their roster.
Khorne would be a little more difficult, but I think Skulltaker, Egil Styrbjorn and Arbaal the Undefeated would fit the bill. I was hoping Karanak would be a LL, but alas.
For Slaanesh it would be Masque of Slaanesh and Dechala the Denied One.
As for Nurgle, Gutrot Spume, Valnir the Reaper and the Glottkin would be great additions.
Problem with Slaanesh and Khorne is that they weren’t that fleshed out in Fantasy. So finding units would be difficult, also the Masque never led armies/never had the capacity to lead armies. She’s a legendary hero at best
I really hope to see Gorbad Ironclaw or for them to actually do something with Rotgut.

Good use of the K'Daai Fireborn model.
Five characters I'd like to see most in order:
Moonclaw, Ghuth Spawnchomper, Yin-Yin the Sea Dragon, Ugma, and Abhorash.
The order mostly dictated by if a mod is available for them.
Abhorash as a LH for bretonnia and/or vampire counts would be rlly cool
I mean, I still want Nagash, there are so many bits of lore and spaces dedicated to him, he is a very pivotal character for Warhammer fantasy lore, although I don't really know where they would fit him as the region around the Black Pyramid is already overcrowded as it is. Perhaps Nagshizzar would work, though you would expect him regaining Nagashizzar and Black Pyramid to be his victory conditions..
Nagash will be the last LL they add to the game. This has been an open secret for awhile now, so you shouldn't expect him yet.
I actually don't mind unplayable LLs like the red duke and Boris.
If anything I wouldnt mind seeing more of them. Just to rid ourselves of the generic faction leaders for various factions.
Think Khazador, Marius, and Suttra Ekk being each a unique confedaratable lord. With a unique skill line to buff up the faction a bit, or at least play into themed armies.
I really, really want to see Van Horstmann, not only he could bring an update to the monogod cults systems but also have his own unique twist to it as the Cabal he leads is behind most of the chaos cults in the old world. And he would be a Tzeentch character with beef with the Empire as he seeks to corrupt the imperial colleges, perhaps even having a mechanic that allows him to corrupt imperial wizards and maybe when he captures altdorf and build the colleges can get chaos sorcerers of each individual winds.
And since Van Horstmann's biggest signature is the chaos dragon Baudros we could get Galrauch either as a FLC lord or Legendary hero

Maybe make him available to factions fighting chaos on a 20 turn basis as a hero.

I could see Gotrut as a Nurgle Norscan, and potentially a Egil styrbjorn as Khorne Norscan
Chakax The Eternity Warden as a legendary hero for Lizardmen, with a focus on protecting Slann from assassination or being swamped by troops (which they badly need, especially after the nerf to their health).

My nr 1 wish for a character to be introduced is Ushoran. now i dunno how realistic that is as i only know the surface level lore from you and Loremaster of Sotek's videos, but he deff intrigued me the most esp the aspect of him Reintroducing Abhorash's law of only feeding on Criminals and Enemies. would be a cool campaign, with lots of ways to make it interesting
All solid picks. I'd also add Valten (his journey would be such a killer LL "horde type" for Empire, with Luthor Huss), Konrad von Carstein (absolute maniac fun), Bugman (no explanation needed), Scylla, Ergrim, and before I just start listing everything, THANQUOL (with Lurk).
Gorbad Ironclaw is one of the characters I want to see in a dedicated Greenskin DLC to flesh out the faction and with a legendary Lord to represent every culture like

Also as a huge Beastmen enjoyer I'd be happy with any of their other characters in the game. Molokh Slugtongue would be my main pick as a Wilds/Death caster with a focus on plagues and with some Nurgle elements sprinkled in there would be nice (especially if he was given stuff like bound Chillwind/Ice spells and Frostbite attacks for his army given his association with cold too). Honestly though, Ungrol Four-Horn, Gorthor the Beastlord, Ghorros Warhoof and Moonclaw would all be awesome additions (though I think the later is better as a legendary hero than lord personally).
Other than the beastie boys, I think a new Norscan lord focusing on the Kurgan and Hung tribes with unique units would be cool, and I'd love to see U'zhul the Skulltaker as a new Lord for Khorne (because they could really use another playable faction, especially one that's not led by another pissed off Bloodthirster).
Gorthor would be awesome ngl I love his model been thinking about repainting it for Old World tbh!
Luthor Huss, Canto the Unsworn, Valten, the Glottkin, Gregor Martak. All of them would belong in a end times dlc. Max Schreiber would been nice too, just to have the whole Gotrek and Felix-gang.
Agree with all of this. Would love Max Schreiber the most so I could roll around on the Spirit of Grugni with the true gang. Max was actually far more important than Ulrika, considering his enchantments made the trip to the Chaos Wastes possible. Would love to see him finish a quest/item to become mixed lore wizard like he is at end. Maybe something with barrier or perhaps a more creative buff to the army.

Not as a lord but would love if Kaleb daark got added as a hero that can be recruited by non chaos affiliated factions as a reward for defeating enough daemon and chaos warrior units
Here are some buffs / mechanics Gorbad could provide:
- Gork Speed! / Passive trait for all Units in Army
1. When a unit is on the move, a haste effect builds up over the next 10 seconds.
2. Each second provides a 2% movement speed increase and charge bonus multiplier.
3. Once a unit has been on the move for 10 seconds, the effect has reach it's max.
4. Which will yield in total of 20%+ for charge bonus and speed.
This buff will apply to any unit in Gorbads army,
but cavalry since they have a higher speed will get the most out of it.
- Better Red Than Dead! / Lord Trait
+ 10 Melee attack for all Cavalry Units
+ 12 Leadership for all Cavalry Units
+ Unique Scrap Weapon Upgrade for Cavalry units
+ Upkeep Reduction 15%
- Plow Them! / Ability
1. Activate ability and select a location within 50 meters of Gorbad Ironclaw.
2. After 5 seconds, Gorbad will charge towards the selceted marker.
3. Deals AP damage: Strong against infantry + Weak againts Large units -
4. Cooldown 90 Seconds.
This ability is great for getting out of sticky scenarios and to clear out infantry.
Since Gorbad looses collision he can quickly ram his way through any foe.
( FACTION MECHANIC )
- Iron Claw's War Table
This mechanic revolves around Gorbad recieving unique passive buffs
for Orc cavalry units through defeating other cavalry units from different races.
Example:
If Gorbad defeated a Brettonian army that had grail guardians.
He would unlock a unique scrap weapon that he can equip on his cavalry units.
Brettonias weapon buff is: Leadership + 6 and Dampened attacks.
Slaanesh weapon buff is: Devastating Flanker and 6 Melee attack.
Etc Etc.
Each race would have some unique weapon buff which will incentivise Gorbad to defeat as many varied armies as possible.
However he will only unlock new weapon buffs if the army he is fighting actually has a cavalry unit present.
marius is in mixus legendary lords mod and he just has luthor's voice lol
Mortkin, Egrimm van Horstmann, Vardek Crom, Abrax the bloody,Kondrad von Carstain, Aborash,Varnir the Reaper, so many interesting characters so rich lore with content for 10 DLC. I don't get it, CA has everything for many years to come, only put little effort to create something wonderful and everyone will be happy. As a fan of Total War and Warhammer in particular, I am very sad.

I mean yeah they did f**kup SoC and got a hard slap on the wrist but it's not like they lost the capability to create great content that would please the fans and make a lot of money!
@@Mortarion-xt9wp You are right. CA creating content mostly for chinese market and forgetting the much largest fun base from the rest of the world.
They are so many faction that need little bit more love and contet. We all know what factions are involved. They rather make a DLC for faction who hasn't so rich lore and no need another content. This move is a spit in the face to all fans who expect a little more than just THIS.
Honestly there is one character I want in still and that is Neferata. Not a huge reason I mean it's not like she is responsible for the entire Vampire race or anything. That and I was a Lahmian main from 5th ed onwards and want them to have some proper representation again.
Modding Community is helping with this somewhat with the mod that is out there for her but an official release to is something I desperately want.
Thanquol as well but feel he is a given when Skaven get their Warhammer 3 update and also would love to see Arbaal the Undefeated and Dechala the Denied One but feel they are likely candidates for the Slaanesh and Khorne updates.
Zacharias the Everliving, Melkhior the Ancient, Ushoran, Abhorash, the Red Duke...the vampires are sorely lacking some of their coolest characters and units, and I will be very sad if all they get is Neferata and Nagash and everyone elae is ignores

Honestly alot of fairly complete races still could use at least one extra legendary lord / hero pack (even without units). The dwarfs for example:
Kazador Dragonslayer could be a ranged lord with a crossbow
Barundin Stoneheart with unique legendary grudges from his book
Grimm Burloksson / Sven Hasselfriesian with starting position at the Spine of Sotek / Citadel of Dawn / Lost isles of Elithis (so we can play as dwarfs in the west or far east)
And Kragg the Grimm and even priestess of Valaya for heroes.
Bugman could fit both types. Perhaps he would be a legendary lord only if you started a campaign as him, if not he'd be a legendary hero with some quest tied to recruiting him
Really glad you mentioned Gorbad, he was always my favourite lord to run on the table top and I’ve wanted him since day 1
I really don't feel like Gorbad would be a cavalry focused lord, he didn't really have any special rules specifically for boar cavalry on the tabletop. Not in the codex i have anyway. He'd be more of a commander/fighter type lord, where he buff his army and is bery good at melee combat. It would be just orcs though, it would be any unit be it goblin, snotling or orc, they'd all get buffed by him, which i think is very cool. Also, his death (as far as i know) was never confirmed. During his final battle against the dwarves, the last time he was sighted was atop a mountain of dead dwarfs, butchering any that came before him. So they could make up a story where he hid in some cave or whatever but has now returned.
He used everything but he was very well known to use cav armies of not just boars but wolves and spiders also
@@TheGreatBookofGrudges very true, he really liked to flank the enemy army with goblin wolf riders and spider riders. His WAAAGH!!! was also massive, and the amount of plunder he took forced him to at one point stop for a few days just to organize everything.
@@TheGreatBookofGrudgeshe used everything yes. But his gimmick was particularly using goblin wolfriders, where most orcs don't regard goblins at all. And big uns in massive numbers. There is nothing really stating cavalry in general or as the main bulk of his forces.

Why resurrect Gorbad when you have Morglum Necksnapper alive and well in the setting offering the same cavalry focused orc warlord?

I’d personally love to see Lord Mortkin, Lord of the Iron Reaver Coast.
He’d be fantastic as a hanky hard hitting lord for Norsca and his story, short as it is, is absolutely fantastic. He’s got a similar problem to Marius in that he’s already dead, but hey, that’s a redundant statement for Total War.
As cool as existing characters are. I'd like newer characters like IND to come out
1. Thrud the Barbarian
2. The Amazon Queen and her Guard (I forgot her name)
3. Sigmar (The Man himself. Hey they don't really know where he went.. Like Grombrindal)
4. Some sort of Norse Valkyrie (not all tribes bow to the big 4) Perhaps both a mortal and immortal variety.
5. Gorbad would be cool or a Gorfang Rotgut/King Kazador pairing I have a many others these are up there as anything.
I would kill for an cavalry focused ork faction. That would be absolutely incredible

I hope one day they get some official releases, but until then I’ll enjoy what modders have done with Mixus lords and the legendary characters mod, even if they arent super fleshed out like an official faction or release would be, I still enjoy them because they’re new and fresh. Gutrot Spume has a pretty fun campaign
I still think King Tutanakhtut would be able to have a cool campaign since he rules the Living City of Numas thanks to letting nomads settle there, and could be a mixed living and dead subfaction for the Tomb Kings.
You should add Egrimm van Horstmann. He would be really cool as a chaos light wizard on a dragon.
I imagine CA sitting there one day a week in a home cinema and watching your videos and taking notes 😂

I really wouldn't mind smaller DLCs that are just legendary lords with some kind of new/reworked mechanic. Not every piece of DLC needs shiney new units slapped on top of it, and i wish CA would realize that...
Tutankhanut for Tomb Kings would be great, with him as new faction leader we could get scythans as sneaky living units besides tomb bargues, khemric titans and high lich priest lords and Apophas would fit as LH for Numas...
On the other side i miss Slugtongue and Moonclaw...
Vampire counts really need a couple packs to get all their bloodlines in instead of it just being the Von Carstein show

Characters I personally would love to see are Ushoran, Moonclaw, Ungrol, Valmir von Raukov and Vangheist. This doesnt count the confirmed Tileans from the datamine and I assume we will get some kislevite lord yet, like Saltan or Ivan Radinov.
How about Belannaer the Wise? He was playable I think until 7th? Could lead Saphery so there is a start position, or could have some sort of a mission somewhere since he was known to roam around after ceeding his title to Teclis. Had cool looks and items in TT.
An Elector Count character pack would be really nice. Maybe add a few new units like the White Wolves, Knights Panther and Halflings. Call it "Summon the Elector Counts". It would sell like hot cakes. I doubt there are many who don't already have Mixu's lord pack that includes all the Elector Counts. I personally enjoy playing as Valmir of Ostand trying to preserve my County as well as helping Kislev, Nordland, Hochland and Ostermark in also surviving the myriad of enemies assaulting them all.
As you are a Loremaster of Slaanesh how about Vandred the Majestic or his slayer Styrkaar of the Sortsvinaer (riding a boob snake)? Dechala should be the next Slaanesh Lord (lady?) and given her look perfect to appear in Ind
Honestly there's enough content, lore, stories and characters that they could have done a 4th game. Starting factions would be Kingdoms of Ind, Snakemen of Kurresh, Southern Realms and Araby.
Man, whenever I stumble across another nugget of forgotten GW lore - like that cancelled, yet completed book - I'm reminded that their recent bullshit is actually completely in line with what they've always been. Why in god's name did that company have to be the one to end up creating such a fantastic setting? Just... unfortunate, is what it is.
That setting is back! Old World is as healthy as ever :)

I remember hearing about gw resurrecting warhammer fantasy and looking it up. Loved the tomb kings in tww2 and 3 and seeing new units was very cool. Then i saw prince apophas. Cool design, i looked up his lore and went: damn, i wish they made him alongside those other cool units into a dlc. And now, seeing him on this thumbnail i was satisfied to see others thinking the same way.
I was such a fanboy for the Zacaharis model during 6th edition. Massive Necrarch nerd here 🧛♂️
I would love to see Skretch Half-Dead!
An undead skaven pirate and his super cool ship, which is an undead orb leviathan build into a ship with warplightningh canons and a horned bell in his cranium to weird of the mind control of Noctilus necromancy (he ressurected them without knowing)
He is known to be one of the nightmares of the sea, fighting Noctilus and his Bloody Reaver to a called Parley, and Arannessa already has a dialog where she says, she is not afraid of any skaven, because they are not Skretch Half-Dead (shows how badass this rat is)
I would love to see his ship!
I don't care, if you put him into the Skaven or Vampire Coast roster, but feel like the Coast would fit his story better.
His bargain with Noctilus could be honored trough a military alliance the two have from the beginning (like Malekith and Malus) and for a game mechanic: How about his even in skaven standarda absurd greed for warpstone he seeks at sea? Let him gather that stuff and use it to upgrade his ship with special upgrades, boost himself (cause he snorts ungodly amounts of the stuff) or to unlock powerful skaven-pirate units.

Can't really imagine any other characters than Zacharias to represent the Necrarch. Technically you get W'Soran, Melkhior and Zacharias in one, as the former was devoured by the latter only to then be consumed by Zacharias. Could take inspiration from Luthor Harkon's insanity mechanic, except that it grants you access to three different lores of magic depending on which personality's in charge.

How are you gonna include Gutrot Spume but not Egrimm van Horstmann? It's absolutely criminal that we didn't get him with SoC.
on the battlefield make apathas quick(for a infantry inut atleast) maybe give him a mortis engine like effect but with only small aoe, high melee abilities to make him good at dueling or "assassinating" enemy characters and no unit collision. due to him not being a solid creature he should not get bogged down but the swarm that is his body kinda just move around and phase through units. they should still be able to hit him but not hinder his movement. for army buffs maybe buff tomb scorpions and potentially give speed or map movement

I would have loved to see the different Navy's in action.
Bonus if they added sea monsters as a 3rd force that woul attack both the player, their allies and enemies on the battle map.
@@CommanderBohn Yes, this would have created a very unique experience. I would Imagine it in a few ways.
One where your fleet gets attacked by sea monsters (or your attack or "Hunt" them).
Two where during battles their is always a chance of sea monsters attacking both players, with events, items and skills increasing or decreasing both the chance of them showing up and the chance they focus on you or your enemy more.
Yes it's indeed a shame, but TotalWar Warhammer is already essentially two games in one (campaign and battles). Naval battles would be adding a whole third game, and CA is struggling enough with what they've got.

@@Krispe Warhammer is based on Rome 2, which did have naval battles, so the architecture for them exists already. I'm talking about the enormous additional man-hours required to create even a small naval roster for every faction in the game.
I’d love for Gorbad to be give an adapted herdstone mechanic to really emphasise his WAAGH causing such havoc and mayhem.
My choice though would be Chakax, I absolutely loved the model on the tabletop and lorewise is such an important role for the Lizardmen.
I totally think Gutrot Spume could be a more likely lord than the Glotkin. I always saw the Glotkin as more likely legendary hero material and a campaign that combines aspects of Nurgle, Norsca, and Vampire Coast could be REALLY neat I think.

About Tomb King assassin it would be cool if he is LL and not a hero, also it is not that hard to animate him they all ready have that fire spirits for chaos dwarfs.

I feel like in the end CA may have to release a units pack to give players all the missing units for various factions but not limited that to a LL but a race unless they are specific to a LL in the lore.
