If Rondo wants to ever be a NBA head coach he should get the job right away. Since JJ Reddick didn't have to work his way up to get a head coaching job. Cassell should also be a head coach right now. Why does white coaches like Steve Nash, JJ Reddick, Steve Kerr can get a head coaching job right away and fall into the best situations but black coaches always have to work there way up. That would be a great topic on your pod in the future.

All y'all wrong. Lmao. And I'm black. Jason Kidd had zero experience. Steve Kerr spent 10 plus years with the Spurs and Suns on the bench and the front office. Chauncey jumped right into Portland after 8 months on Clippers bench. Mark Jackson zero experience. Steve Nash. Larry Bird.
Y'all fake woke. Lmao. Stop listening to bs social media stuff and read first. Not only that, the NBA has 43 percent black coaches total including assistant coaches. That's almost half. Doc Rivers started with Orlando with zero experience.
Y'all want me to stop or what?? Lol

Its not that black players dont often get coaching jobs without having much experience... it's that white players more easily do.
