I have a Magnum Pathfinder 500 with a 20" wheelbase. I put a center kickstand on it, that I got from the RAD E-Bike store. Since there is only a bottom welded plate for the kickstand, the welding cracked off after a handful of rides. Ugh. I'm surprised they don't weld two brackets, a top and bottom, for such a heavy e-bike (approx. 52lbs).
Yes fair point, though I have a fulltime job and three kids - I don't have that much free time. Usually I just keep bike-related purchases, as I'll use them on a bike sooner or later.
Hello - you'd need to check first physically (in a bike shop?) that the stand doesn't touch the chain or the pedals. It takes about 13cm of vertical space, so it seems like it wouldn't be scraping on the groundd.
Thanks for vid. Which one did you mention in beginning that goes on the back of bike? My ebike folds and needs to fit in back on my Tinyhouse tour van. When folded, kick stand add an extra inch to limited space thats already in daiquiri for bike. Trying to do what I can to make it fit. Thanks (I have volt bike Mariner). Cheers. Those double kickstands work great on 26" bikes. I did see one with has expandable and retractable legs. That might work for you.

I have a voodoo bazango it’s a custom built and I have tried 3 different kickstands already none have fit it yet 😅 due to the frame being custom
