Seems like almost every house that I’ve cleaned has at least one window with a leaky seal. I didn’t think about that it could be the house settling that causes it. Good to know, I always thought it was a manufacturing defect. Good to know it can be fixed. I need to try and find someone in my area that does this that Ican recommend
Yeah, obviously it can be poorly manufactured as well, but it’s very common here too. If you can find a local guy that can replace/repair windows, it’ll make you look really good to the customer, and the window repair guy will love you for sending so much work his way 😂
