I use Number Barn and forward calls to a call center (Jill’s Office) who answers my calls. I have Responsibid so most of my automated marketing or follow-up texts go through there. If I’m on my way to a customer’s house I just send them an alert text through Jobber that says the number can’t receive texts back but gives them the office number they can call if they need to communicate
