I went to a high school for the last 2 years that didn't start until noonish and that made a huge difference in learning for me. There is a lot of evidence that teenagers shouldn't even start classes until 10 at minimum, but no one seems to care enough about their kid's education and life quality to do anything with that info.

Very interesting, but honestly in this "hustle culture" the best tip is to not grind yourself into the dust and focus on always being productive, its OK to casually learn things, no need to min-max life despite what everyone says. If you are eating chewing gum, using the Pomodoro technique and stressing yourself out when learning maybe chill out. Great shout out to toxic productivity, but seriously your job will replace you in a heartbeat, don't stress about increased performance, enjoy your free time.

Some ups, some downs, but I always smile when I see a friendly comment. How are you?

I would love if you guys could cover hyperphantasia and aphantasia. Lately everyone has been covering aphantasia, which I am grateful for, but I feel like nobody mentions hyperphantasia. This not only saddens me as someone with hyperphantasia but makes me feel lost when I try to read actual papers and journals on the subject to get more information for myself. Some people also call it prophantasia, but I prefer hyper personally.

*Frantically writes down those times* Got a bad sleep disorder where my body thinks bedtime is 6am and always struggling to get things done because I never have energy when I want it. Though if you assume those match an 11 to 7 sleep schedule, I'm getting up to care for my kids at 130am every day.

could you add like a subtitle bar to differentiate between chapters of the video? so like we have an outline in our heads of the chapters covered?
otherwise it seems like one runon sentence, hehe

The stress reponse increasing memory formation, storage and retreaval really works.
This is why putting your feet in a bucket of cold water or crancking up the ac will help you learn faster and remember it longer.

    I have a question 👋!
How do carbon atoms know that they are at the edge or inside a sheet of graphene or carbon nanotube?

I don't know, maybe I'm just lazy but I have trouble finding the previous episodes.
For some reasons I expected some notifications to pop up promoting those episodes, or at least some links in the description.
Other than that. Nice job 👍

I found that chewing gum DOES help me stay awake, probably just by the fact that some muscles are doing something. Helps a lot when you're driving late in the evening or even during the night.
