Hi, Awesome video, nuff Love from Jamaica. How do I find AI in Focus Newsletter please 06:34, I am only seeing an article on Linkedln. I am in Love with the Ticking the Box method, I just tried it and it feels amazing, I'm gonna give it a shot.
If you're going out clubbing, and you're drinking as well, drink some electrolytes before you go out, and again when you get back. It'll absolutely help you with recovery in the morning. If you drink really hard, even have one prepared for the morning. This is assuming you don't do this already as it wasn't mentioned in the video.
Jeff’s calendar: morning routine from 6h30 to 7h00am. Also Jeff 0:07 : alarm going off and waking up at 7h00. Finally a morning routine I feel I am able to follow! 😂
Dear Jeff. I just hope you don't stop posting videos. You helped me a lot throughout my productivity journey. Like you, I also hate complex productivity stuff which I always see to other productivity gurus out there. I really like how your whole productivity system focuses on getting things done instead of making things pretty and complex.
I love Jeff videos ,he SIMPLIFY things that you are able to apply . “Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.” Will definitely apply those simple time management tips.
This video speaks to my soul man! You get even less time when you become a parent. Full time work, dad time, and TH-cam channel. My 3 juggling balls right now 😂 I definitely use the McDonald's habit by listening to important podcasts in the car.
I have a full time 6 figures IT job, a dad, doing DoorDash/grubhub with a bike on the side, and trading the stock market part time etc. so this video is so relatable to me
I honestly have never felt that a video or any advice has described me this accurately... ever. I can relate to each and every point. I haven't been diagnosed, but I am convinced that I have ADHD and that it is making things extremely difficult for me. I really appreciate this video. I feel like you explained my own situation to me and gave me great advice to manage it. Thank you.
Jeff. Your magic is consistency in action. Alternately, person can be a checklist wizard and fall down. 6:29 Too many is as bad as none. 7:03 Relevance. 7:27 specific and relevant I do best when my calendar includes time to summarize, next move, and life essentials.
You have helped me grow to become a responsible and productive teen and adult. So, when I heard about your newsletter just recently, I signed up immediately. Thank you to you Jeff and to your staff!
@JeffSu, I'm here to say "Thank You". I had to do a lengthy n difficult PowerPoint within 3 days n your PP video helped me a lot, I used the sites you recommend n I was able to produce a quality output. Thank you so much. Please keep doing what you're doing👏, you have no idea what a great blessing you are to many. God bless u
When watching self-help TH-cam videos, I normally speed them up to at least 1.5 times. But this one had me fascinated with the info and cuteness overload, I had to slow down the clip. Great tips, especially #2 and #7, Jeff! 😘
I just want to reach out and say that your videos have been a great help in developing my career and skillset. I was an Executive Chef for about 15 years, and became reasonably proficient with managing finances, product development, implementing processes, mise-en-place, and team cultivation. However, I had no actionable way of taking my previous experience and applying it effectively in different industries. Your videos have provided realistic systems and strategies that have allowed me to bridge that gap and become more effective. Thank you so much!
The concept of 'ticking the box' with checklists for daily tasks was a game-changer. It's amazing how such a simple tool can bring so much efficiency and reduce errors. Incorporating this into my routine could definitely help me stay on track.
Jeff, Your videos have helped me immensely during my journey as a young professional in the IT space. Everything from being more organized, creating systems to manage my professional and personal life, and helping with my ADHD, your videos are a lifesaver. Please never stop creating, and thank you so much for all this amazing content!
This is the first of your videos I have stumbled across (thank you algorithm) and what i like is that you don't pretend you can do and be everything. You are realistic and the suggestions are actually very actionable and modifiable. Which instead of being a 1 and done means that I have the thought that there might be more tips lurking in other videos that can be used. It is far to easy to get overwhelmed by the unrealistic over achievers, so this is a refreshing change for a productivity video.
I usually see my supervisor's calendar like yours and I feel his is not managing his calendar but his calendar manages him. I have been looking how to be productive for a while, but now I feel the only thing that helps is to not taking so many responsiblities (to put in the context, I have finished lots of qualifictions and exams myself even after graduating from my PhD). Focus on one or two things at work and make them the best you can. You will still have job security and you will be good at what you are doing. At weekend or evenings, learn something new.
My brother, I am a sucker for these types of videos to help me be the best “me” in my daily work and content creation balance. I want to say thank you for making this high quality video with everything so organized. While it is a reminder that I am currently doing awful with this stuff, it has lit a fire under my ass so thank you sir!
one thing that was life-changing for me was to always actually time myself - how many pages i get read per hour, what mobile phone habits waste most time (in my case, news 45m, social media 20m). Amazing how inaccurate our assumptions can be
This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my TH-cam channel 8 months ago about self development. Now I have 854 subs and > 400 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I could haven’t learned without getting started in the 1st place.
@@JeffSu Whoever you are, I don't know you personally but I can say that you're one of the non-judgmental and open-minded people who is not fixated on tangible or external factors in order to learn from someone like me. Just because someone doesn't have a piece of paper as a credential, doesn't mean that person is not entitled to share personal experiences with the hope & intention to inspire others. Keep up with whatever it is that you're doing to improve mankind or improving your life even to a slight degree each day. This is just one part of a bigger puzzle for creating my TH-cam channel about holistic health. I literally could have died back when I was 14 years old due to major depression but here I am right now replying to you, a TH-camr, who's full of fulfillment and dedication to help others to be a better version of themselves. I ain't better than anyone else but my old self. That's all that really makes this TH-cam thing more meaningful and enjoyable. Thanks so much for your support! I am hoping that you can join me with this endless personal development journey! :)
Thank you! Recognizing the impermanence of life gave me the courage to start my TH-cam channel. Recently, I uploaded my longest video not too long ago, which is about an hr long and it doubled the number of my subs and watch time hours and most of all, I've been impacting more lives positively and this is the best part of it all. I created this to share my opinion about these main things that truly impacted the way I live and how I became a minimalist. It's the one most vulnerable videos that I had been hesitant to post for many months because of the fear of being misunderstood but I finally decided to overcome that fear so others can learn from my experience so we can all grow together. Remembering my why's is much more important than the analytic growth. Sometimes I get trapped in focusing on any external rewards from this channel to the point that it paralyzes me from taking actions and I think this is what makes most people not even start at all.
You put into context how your main tips tie together on a daily routine, and you did it in a funny way! Fantastic! Many valuable tips! But remember to take care of your mental well-being. We often cling to goals, trying to reach to pre-defined ends and seeing things in between as obstacles that need to be solved, however, life is what happens in-between. That is why an atelic approach can lead to much more satisfaction.
Some great tips. I use most of these myself helping my build my TH-cam channel and other projects. Build your own discipline and habits, and create the right mindset.
Precious advice Jeff! Thanks for the input. What I find more challenging in my 40s is to balance out on top of it all work and TH-cam plus health, family and friends.
I loved the video and it has super relevant information, thank you. However, I think the problem for 99% of people is a lack of discipline (at least on my part). So, I'd like to congratulate you on your work, and above all, on your discipline (not least because those biceps are already starting to copy Matt Davela). Btw thanks for dedicating a lot of your time to answering all the comments, it shows how much you care about people.
Thanks Jeff, some distilled ideas, great to see - don't think your recovery time-block is stupid at all, realistic planning is what I love most about time-blocking - even when overwhelmed or with a busy brain, the automatic blocks move and help to keep space for what's important - I block out work recovery time after a big week, that space, as you also talk about, makes the recovery fit better also and more intentional
Hey Jeff, your content is so compelling that I feel reluctant to close the tab even after finish watching the video (because every video is so well made and insightful that worth revisiting) (The FOMO is real!) I have a handful of your videos open in my Chrome right now - no joke!
Awesome video - so many actionable tips. My favorite and underrated one is "The Recovery Forecast" as it humanizes productivity that we all got to drink/have fun sometimes as we're grinding, we just got to be intentional about going out and recovering (+ use some liquid iv!). Thank you Jeff! 🤝
Love your videos! So helpful! and the Anti-Mc Donnalds analogy is something not spoken of enough, our brains do need a breather! The one thing I'll offer as a different approach is referenced at 5:00 where you say to start with your "oldest email", I would argue that if you work a job where most of your emails are from the same internal people, then start with the Newest! This is because information changes. People will send followup email that explain changes that wouldn't make sense if you start with the oldest email, and this also saves time when working through many emails as you've already replied to the newest conversation.
Hi Jeff, I love your "Think Outside the Box" video series. It's been a huge help to me in my work. I'd love to see you make some new videos in the series, sharing your latest experiences and insights.
Your time management tips were incredibly helpful and I'm already applying some of them to my daily routine. Thank you for sharing your experiences and insights.
Jeff - the fact that you manage to get all this done - AND HAVE A DECENT SOCIAL LIFE!! Bravo!! Thanks for all the great tips!! It was alot, but it is immensely valuable! Will watch several times to digest!
Came across your video on my feed so my first time watching you and it’s very well made with solid recommendations, principles and takeaways. But I will say your solutions lean more towards an intermediate/advanced audience and less someone who’s starting out or doesn’t know about a lot of the tools and apps you use for creating checklists etc... it’s different to the other self improvement, productivity and efficiency hacking content out there. More like the content you’d get when you actually pay for a course and not the surface level free trial stuff which is very refreshing. What this does inspire though is wow there’s another level to this and for me to check out your other videos to piece together the foundations to get there. Long winded way to say you just got a new subscriber lol
oh my gosh! Your inbox zero gmail video is now private! That video changed my life, and I wanted to get my new employee trained on your method but couldnt find the video. I clicked on the one linked in this video bio but its private! I loooooove your content! Let me know if theres a way to access that genius gift to the world. Fingers crossed! Wishing you continued success!!
My previous inbox zero videos are outdated now unfortunately 😅. BUT subscribers to my (free) Workspace Toolkit receive regular invitations to my live workshops, and Inbox Zero is one of the topics!
Awesome video. I’m currently trying to balance my full time job, CAPM certification training, and my side business. I need to setup my calendar better and work on capturing things!
I set up the back panel double tap as a shortcut on my iPhone that opens a message prompt. I write whatever is on my mind, a to-do or a reminder. I don't need to open any apps or browse through my homescreen. Just double tap - write - save. And then I review it at home / commute / work.
I will from today on always make a random comment and like your video just to support you because literally everything that i know on linkedin tips and tricks is from you. So thank you brother, hugs
Hey, as always, great video, thank you for helpful tips! I've noticed you have a really nice organized google calendar, could you create a video about tips for Google calendar and bests approaches to manage events?
Hey Jeff, long time fan and follower! I've gotten to a place where I'm organized enough to start taking notes on videos and adding them into my Second Brain. This was the first I chose from my watchlist! (4588 videos to go haha)
as someone who just started in the self enhancing journey and new to this productive management segment. Every tip is mind blowing, and to be quite honest, it's a bit too much info at once. would you recommend just start with one "TIP" at a time? and make the small change a "habit" then progress to the next"TIP"?
I'm going to try this idea I had after I quit my previous job - take 10 mins at the end of each day to write myself a reminder list for tomorrow in priority order, then give handover notes to myself at the end of each week, like I'm leaving the job. Hopefully this works because I keep sliding into firefighting mode, dealing with the people screaming the loudest first 🤦
The end of day habit to make tomorrow's priority list is very helpful to then switch out of work mode. When you make your list do it in 3 sections. 1)tasks that occur at set times 2) tasks you can do whenever for work 3) tasks you can do whenever for personal. That really helps to balance the home/work tasks.

Thanks again Jeff! Always great and timely videos! I love the idea to bring in God's eye views into workflows, stepping back to see a big picture always helps with intentionality!
Hi Jeff, this is extremely useful. But what I'm really looking for is how to speak non-stop with no fillers like you on live presentation, given I'm slow in speech and lack of memory retention capability? If you could make a video that offer such advices that would be great! Thank you.
Wow! Efficiency perfectly presented! So glad I randomly stumbled on it. I know my well-being would benefit immediately by executing all of these strategies. Although, several are (loosely)incorporated into my long days, I definitely need assistance with the initial organization setup. I have too many saved lists (good ones)in too many different locations. S.O.S.😮💨
Great video as usual! Will you ever share your "TH-cam video" checklist? I know it's a bit more niche but I'd love to have a little behind the scenes of your workflow, from pre- to post-production and publishing!
once again, this one is a winner ! 👍 i guess the recovery forecast and the god's eye view (which, i think, we all need one dedicated video on it 😅) are the 2 mains tips i have to implement ! thx Jeff
@@JeffSu, I would also love to see a tutorial video on how to create a God’s Eye View spreadsheet, and one specifically for personal finances. Great video, BTW! I implemented your inbox zero method almost a year ago, and has been working great for me!
is there video or where i go to get more description for using chat gpt for doing those commands to be more productive- doing blogs, getting finance summary, or recipes (LOL). Love that many tips involve AI to benefit and improve productivity. Keep up the work Jeff.
I really like your Budget spreadsheet /app. Would love if you could make a video showing us how to use Google Sheets/Excel to Create a budget with a Gods Eye View
You must be a superhuman to reply every single comment. Like is it really possible? Your name must go in the guiness book of world records, Jeff 💖 Edit: It is easier to do once or twice but you are consistently doing it. And every reply is personalised. Is it really you replying? Again, I don't know how is it humanly possible to reply every single comment on every single video. Mind blown 💥💥
WAW, so loaded of value and...wit ☺ At this point it's no more Jeff Su who needs to become productive, it's productive who is trying to become Jeff Su...and is having a hard time catching up 😂
Love this video Jeff!! Ive been keeping my gmail inbox at zero for the past 10 years, I havent met anyone else that does this till now. 加油 keep making more :) thanks!
Great video Jeff - you must really like your job - as I'd imagine given the growth of the channel - going solo as a creator has been - or must be close to being - in reach.
Hey Jeff. Love your videos. Couldn't find your Inbox Zero for Gmail Video. Don't know what happened. Wanted to share it with friends and can't find it now. For me that video was Godsend. TH-cam can't be a good place without that video. ❤
Great question - Long story short Gmail went through a major upgrade this year so the previous workflow is now outdated. 😅 Since Gmail will never stop evolving (which is a good thing) and to make sure you're getting the absolute most out of your email, I host live workshops for my Workspace Academy students where we'll dive into the freshest inbox management strategies together. You can find out more about it here: academy.jeffsu.org/workspace-academy?
Hi Jeff, I love your video. Can you please let me know what you use or recommend a tick box, task tracking app, that integrates with Google calendar, that I can use with my team. Thanks 😁
@@JeffSu thanks Jeff. I am trying to work out a solid solution for a task tracking tool for my team that integrates well with google calendar. We already use google calendar for meetings and events, but I would like us to start tracking our tasks as a team on there somehow too.
Love that im not the only one who actually books in my recovery time 😂😂🙌🏼 I hate trying to push through the next day even Ive been overly ambitious and thought "ill be fine, im a tropper, Ive done it before..." WRONG, you will not be fine! You will hate everyone and everything, you only think you were fine because youve probably repressed that horrible memory of staring at the ceiling for two hours trying to sleep only to finally drift off 40+/- minutes before the alarm goes off.... 🙅🏼♀️ My own personal hell, no thanks
A little side question, what sound do you use for your alarm clock? Sounds nice 🙃 PS: I do love your channel it helped me with several Project Management tasks! Thanks for that!
Would love to hear any game-changing tips you follow that I didn’t mention!

I hope you continue with your channel. Not only is it great content but gets me motivated every time i watch one of your videos!
That's what I love to hear!!
FOR SURE 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Love your videos! So helpful! and the Anti-Mc Donnalds analogy is something not spoken of enough, our brains do need a breather! The one thing I'll offer as a different approach is referenced at 5:00 where you say to start with your "oldest email", I would argue that if you work a job where most of your emails are from the same internal people, then start with the Newest! This is because information changes. People will send followup email that explain changes that wouldn't make sense if you start with the oldest email, and this also saves time when working through many emails as you've already replied to the newest conversation.
Great points Matt, thank you! So for my job, starting with the newest could be problematic since I lose a lot of the context from the initial emails 😅
I watch productivity videos EVERYDAY! This has been some of the best tips I have seen, thanks so much!
Woohooo! That's what I love to hear 😁
This video was super helpful even though it’s older. Thank you! Love your content!
Thanks 😁
Hi Jeff, I love your "Think Outside the Box" video series. It's been a huge help to me in my work. I'd love to see you make some new videos in the series, sharing your latest experiences and insights.
Thanks for letting me know!
Excellent tips Jeff thanks for sharing, and also thanks for making this productivity tips enjoyable and practical to carry out
You're welcome!! 😁
you are the best and this is my first ever comment on TH-cam. I like the balanced and simplified 80/20 approach to being effective with everything.
Woohooo thanks for leaving me your first ever comment 😁
Jeff is a true gem. I learn at least one majorly life-impacting thing in all his videos. Thanks Jeff!
That's what I LOVE to hear!! 😁
The Tinder app at the beginning got a good chuckle out of me
It got a tear from me 🥲
Your time management tips were incredibly helpful and I'm already applying some of them to my daily routine. Thank you for sharing your experiences and insights.
Woohooo glad to hear it!
Jeff - the fact that you manage to get all this done - AND HAVE A DECENT SOCIAL LIFE!! Bravo!! Thanks for all the great tips!! It was alot, but it is immensely valuable! Will watch several times to digest!
So to be very honest with you my social life is not that great right now 😂
Hi Jeff, I watched your videos both on TH-cam and Red. They're just amazing and it helped me a lot. I just want to say thank you.
Woohooo that's what I love to hear! You're welcome!
Great feedback, thanks for letting me know 😁
I just realize that I commented on your short about the checklist you have on calendar. 😅
I'm now watching the full video. 😊
Awesome 😁
honesty the number one thing that' causing me to fail my goals is taking action, I already know what i need to do but i think that's the main reason.
So...motivation?
@@JeffSu i don’t think so, i probably have to figure it out why.
Love all your tips! Most than all how you are realistic with habits that we can really stick with! Thanks
Thanks, but maybe wrong video? 😂
Awesome video. I’m currently trying to balance my full time job, CAPM certification training, and my side business. I need to setup my calendar better and work on capturing things!
Wow that's a lot! Best of luck!!
The 0 notifications on Tinder took me out
As always you’re straightforward, useful, with enough wit to keep me engaged. Watching the AI video next!
Haha thank you Jessica, glad you enjoyed the jokes as well as the tips 😂. Let me know what you think of the AI video!
I set up the back panel double tap as a shortcut on my iPhone that opens a message prompt. I write whatever is on my mind, a to-do or a reminder. I don't need to open any apps or browse through my homescreen. Just double tap - write - save. And then I review it at home / commute / work.
Nice!!! Good tip
Just today I thought that your previous video was released long time ago! And here you are with a new one!🔥🔥🔥
YEssir 😁
I will from today on always make a random comment and like your video just to support you because literally everything that i know on linkedin tips and tricks is from you. So thank you brother, hugs
Hahaha thank you so much!!
Hey, as always, great video, thank you for helpful tips!
I've noticed you have a really nice organized google calendar, could you create a video about tips for Google calendar and bests approaches to manage events?
Yup, will do!
Great video, thanks for the insights! The god’s eye view could be a game changer for me. Great idea, thanks!
No problem! Glad to be of service 😁
Hey Jeff, long time fan and follower! I've gotten to a place where I'm organized enough to start taking notes on videos and adding them into my Second Brain. This was the first I chose from my watchlist! (4588 videos to go haha)
Love being number 1 :)
as someone who just started in the self enhancing journey and new to this productive management segment. Every tip is mind blowing, and to be quite honest, it's a bit too much info at once. would you recommend just start with one "TIP" at a time? and make the small change a "habit" then progress to the next"TIP"?
Yes definitely start with 1 and go from there 😁
Thank You for introducing me to Bard, Its going to be productivity game changer for me
Glad to hear it my friend 😁
I'm going to try this idea I had after I quit my previous job - take 10 mins at the end of each day to write myself a reminder list for tomorrow in priority order, then give handover notes to myself at the end of each week, like I'm leaving the job. Hopefully this works because I keep sliding into firefighting mode, dealing with the people screaming the loudest first 🤦
Oh wow that's such an interesting habit, let me know how it goes!!

This is GOLD!! New subscriber and joining. Thank you, Jeff, for sharing these tips and resources!.
Wooohooo welcome!
4:45 this workflow comes from David Allen's "Getting Things Done", published originally in 2001.
Everything in Make Time...?
Thanks again Jeff! Always great and timely videos! I love the idea to bring in God's eye views into workflows, stepping back to see a big picture always helps with intentionality!
For sure Gavin!
First, I appreciate the production. Second, I appreciate the research and overall effort. But I can't even imagine living my life like this.
No problem at all! Different strokes for different folks. I believe the best workflows are the ones you can consistently stick to 😁
@@JeffSuAlso... it's extremely impressive that you try to respond to every single comment. That's dedication
I care about my viewers!!@@dcolum23
Hi Jeff, this is extremely useful. But what I'm really looking for is how to speak non-stop with no fillers like you on live presentation, given I'm slow in speech and lack of memory retention capability? If you could make a video that offer such advices that would be great! Thank you.
Practice 😂
I know the feeling! You got this!!
Try exploring PARA SYSTEM.
I love your videos and energy in them!
Thanks for posting this! "God-Eye View" is definitely going to enter my vocabulary 😂
Hahaha glad to hear it 😁
Up until… you have kids.
true 😂
Unfortunately very true
Hahaha so true
This.
I heard yall were talking about me 😅
Great video as usual! Will you ever share your "TH-cam video" checklist? I know it's a bit more niche but I'd love to have a little behind the scenes of your workflow, from pre- to post-production and publishing!
I will probably do a video about that in the future 😁
once again, this one is a winner ! 👍 i guess the recovery forecast and the god's eye view (which, i think, we all need one dedicated video on it 😅) are the 2 mains tips i have to implement ! thx Jeff
You're welcome! Glad to hear it 😁
@@JeffSu, I would also love to see a tutorial video on how to create a God’s Eye View spreadsheet, and one specifically for personal finances. Great video, BTW! I implemented your inbox zero method almost a year ago, and has been working great for me!
@@jeffweidmann7028 Nice!!! Inbox zero is THE BEST
Awesome Jeff, Can you make a video on organising notion similar to your google drive video (0-5) hierarchy 😊
I'll be doing a Notion notes video soon!
Happily retired and still want to be productive. Thanks for the great tips .Enjoyed the video.
Glad to hear it 😁
Great tips…excellent content…one small note, the 80/20 rule is actually called the Pareto Principle not the “Atomic 80/20 rule”. Awesome work!
But I combined Atomic Habits with the Pareto principle to create the Atomic 80/20 rule though 😂
is there video or where i go to get more description for using chat gpt for doing those commands to be more productive- doing blogs, getting finance summary, or recipes (LOL). Love that many tips involve AI to benefit and improve productivity. Keep up the work Jeff.
Have you checked out my ChatGPT videos?
Can you please share the smart coffee chats questions/ or make a video on it? 🙌🏻
Also more importantly need that pick up line prompt 😂😂😂
I already have videos on coffee chats up on the channel 😁
I really like your Budget spreadsheet /app. Would love if you could make a video showing us how to use Google Sheets/Excel to Create a budget with a Gods Eye View
I checked out your videos and it seems you do have videos. First time Viewer, Definitely worth a Sub. Thank you for making these videos
Thank you and welcome!!!
You must be a superhuman to reply every single comment. Like is it really possible? Your name must go in the guiness book of world records, Jeff 💖
Edit: It is easier to do once or twice but you are consistently doing it. And every reply is personalised. Is it really you replying? Again, I don't know how is it humanly possible to reply every single comment on every single video. Mind blown 💥💥
It's because I care about my viewers 😁
Yes every reply is customized hahahah
WAW, so loaded of value and...wit ☺ At this point it's no more Jeff Su who needs to become productive, it's productive who is trying to become Jeff Su...and is having a hard time catching up 😂
😂
Inputs and outputs is the process to everything in life
True that!
The funniest productivity TH-camr on TH-cam! Love your content so so much, thank you! :D
No arguments from me 😁
Jeff, please make a dedicated video on God's eye view
Anything in particular you want me to expand on?
I like this one, Jeff. Great advice!
Woohooooo thanks my friend 😁
Great to see you again, youtube has been cutting you from my timeline...
Stupid TH-cam 😛
Love the mention of Deep Work ala Cal Newport. Jeff is such a master tactician, he and Cal have taught me soo much about productivity
Woohooo I love to hear that! And thanks for being a member Frank 😁
Love this video Jeff!! Ive been keeping my gmail inbox at zero for the past 10 years, I havent met anyone else that does this till now. 加油 keep making more :) thanks!
Wow inbox zero for 10 years! That's even longer than what I've managed Becky, congrats!
And thank you 😁
Thanks dude, so many useful tips
You're very welcome 😁
Hey Jeff, great videos as always. Do you know of a way to connect a check list to your calendar? like adding the checklist to the morning routine?
Not using Google Calendar :(
The video checklist looks amazing! Do you happen to share your checklist on Notion?
I'm going to make a video on that soon 😁
Great video Jeff - you must really like your job - as I'd imagine given the growth of the channel - going solo as a creator has been - or must be close to being - in reach.
Hahaha yes it's a question I've been struggling with a lot, but I love my full time job so I can't see myself quitting anytime soon
Great vid as usual! Am totally with you on the cooking recipe part 😂
Hahaha i know right
Valuable and informative as always. Cool editing too ❤🎉
Thank you my friend 😁! I have an awesome editor helping me out!
Since Gmail will never stop evolving (which is a good thing) and to make sure you're getting the absolute most out of your email, I host live workshops for my Workspace Academy students where we'll dive into the freshest inbox management strategies together.
You can find out more about it here: academy.jeffsu.org/workspace-academy?
Hi Jeff,
I love your video. Can you please let me know what you use or recommend a tick box, task tracking app, that integrates with Google calendar, that I can use with my team.
Thanks 😁
I use both Google Calendar and Todoist, but I don't feel the need to integrate the two
@@JeffSu thanks Jeff. I am trying to work out a solid solution for a task tracking tool for my team that integrates well with google calendar. We already use google calendar for meetings and events, but I would like us to start tracking our tasks as a team on there somehow too.
Google Tasks? You can assign tasks to everyone@@MatthewLawPastor
Congrats on 600k followers! You deserve 10x that!
Hahaha thank you my friend 😁
1:00 track your spending and net worth change over time: god eye view
1:20 track the performance of my projects.
Yup!
The best intro lol need a good laugh this morning 😂
Hahahahaha glad you enjoyed that!
Great tips Jeff - enjoy your videos.
My pleasure 😁
Love that im not the only one who actually books in my recovery time 😂😂🙌🏼 I hate trying to push through the next day even Ive been overly ambitious and thought "ill be fine, im a tropper, Ive done it before..." WRONG, you will not be fine! You will hate everyone and everything, you only think you were fine because youve probably repressed that horrible memory of staring at the ceiling for two hours trying to sleep only to finally drift off 40+/- minutes before the alarm goes off.... 🙅🏼♀️ My own personal hell, no thanks
I know right??
A little side question, what sound do you use for your alarm clock? Sounds nice 🙃
PS: I do love your channel it helped me with several Project Management tasks! Thanks for that!
It's a default sound from iPhone haha. No problem!
