Anti vibration inserts in the handlebars. They made a real noticeable difference in arm pump and numbness in my hands. Worth every penny

I would like to hear costs as you go through and a final cost of the build. That way it reflects a true guide to people thinking about doing the same. I don't know why today's forks do not have spacers between the axle lugs and the bearings on the axle, but I don't trust methods people use to make sure your forks are parallel, so for my 2019 2-stroke YZ250, I figured out the distance between the lower fork legs. Then from a 1" diameter piece of aluminum bar stock, I cut it on a lathe to 5.661" long. That will fit through the brake disk to space the forks perfectly before you tighten the pinch clamps for the axle. If you don't get it good, you will find metal shavings in the fork oil the next time you work on them, (wearing out the bushings funny), and the action will suffer.
there a proper procedure the tighten your front wheel, you allow forks to sit in their natural place first and then torque the pinch bolts, that way there is no issue..
I have always wanted a woods enduro bike to race I can not find one anywhere around me and I can’t afford one now with everything that has gone one. But one day I hope I will get a bike as nice as that. Congrats ty keep up the great work

@@dirtniron Sledoval som už tvoje videá, kde si rozprával o svojich začiatkoch tu na slovensku. Moje boli podobné. Začínal som na Jawe 555 😄, ktorú dodnes mám. Neskôr prišla ČZ 175 a po nej som mal Yamahu XT 600 už vo svojich štrnástich. Tam to bol dosť váhový nepomer keďže motorka mala asi o 100kg viac ako ja 😂. Ďalej som mal 3x po sebe Hondu XR 600R, ktorá mi na naše enduro výjazdy dosť vyhovovala aj keď je to už babička. No a momentálne sa akurát obzerám po nejakej KTM EXC 400/450/525, tak uvidíme čo z toho bude.

Not a criticism as I know things change, but the 04 KTM build is still my favourite of any youtube channels build, not because of the bike, but because of how you did each step, I felt more more engaged in that build, it was more consistent and detailed, I know guys often skip that as you grow bigger thinking people don’t enjoy that or the wider audience dosen’t, but jmo I prefer that and focus on the one build and deep detail no music and FFWDn, seeing it allot on other channels of late, lots of hopping around and I just feel disconnected from certain projects, that’s jmo, nothing to do with the outcome of the bike! it looks great, Im a simple man, I don’t need prime ribeye at the best restaurant every night, just good ole meat and vege and a slap on the butt from when I get home from work and enjoy the process, the meal just tastes better as does the company, if ya get my drift. Awesome collaborations as usual, expect nothing less, you and Jay are such great dudes, ya deserve every success, keep up the great work and 🙏 you are all safe from the fires, look fwd to the next project.👍🤙
