Just a heads up, consider watching highland cycles videos on the panthera kit. They had some significant issues with heat generation in the left case that aided in a bottom end failure. Might be more headache than it's worth. What a steal on the YZs. Even the 2011 with its situation will be a great project for someone. Good work man!
Morgan with Highland said it "might" of contributed to the lower end failure. I put over100 hours on a bottom end with a Hot Rod crank, throwing around a ESR325 75.5mm piston, Panthera e-start, and the crank was still tight and within spec when I rebuilt it and threw an oem crank in it. I now have a little over 160 hours with the Panthera e-start and only had the issue with the original stator. So just because 1 person stated that it might have contributed to a failure, doesn't make it fact! There's a lot of us running it that doesn't have any issues.
@@KincadePavich He had a nice install video as well as a follow up review recently. A good watch for sure if your installing one. Be sure to watch the follow up. They are roughly a year apart. I you don't follow his channel you should. Great channel and have been subscribed for a while now.
Like the YZ builds. How big is the bottom hole on your tire rack. I've built one before, but the proportions of yours, looks nice. Going to rock one out to get some tires off the ground and extra rim storage (original Gas Gas rims and spare tires). Can you throw out the measurements for the rectangle?
"Clapped out" must mean what we used to call "shot" when something was worn out, or wore da fk out, used up wo man, or man with womb as in female or ho. Everything that was done was very good except putting a panthera starter was the only problem very good idea but very bad design nothing but junk the stator will not last long always leaks oil I bought one for my 2023 yz 250 I took it off and it sits in box paid $2000 for it and the jerk from Canada will not back it up I would not put there name on any thing junk I will sell the whole set up charging I got complete set up if you think they are good you can buy mine less 1/2 price
Once the LOUD annoying music started playing I stopped watching and unsubscribed. Here's a tip. When you buy your race bike always buy a spare brand new one in crate. Then you won't have to waste valuable time rebuilding trashed MX bikes like those pieces of junk. MX= disposable!
@@KincadePavich MX bikes are 99% designed for racing. Mine last one season and are sold on for a fraction of what the new price was. It's an expensive sport that requires decent sponsors or deep pockets if you are a privateer. I have a shed full of brand new MX bikes dating back to the 80's. My sponsors always let me keep the spare bike and sell on the raced one. Cheers Kincade. All the best.
“Everything old is new again” Pretty ironic name for that trash ass comment. I also appreciate you having 0 videos. I hope you have a shit day tomorrow
This was so satisfying to watch love your builds mate 🤙
Thanks a ton for watching, glad you enjoyed!
@@KincadePavich hey bro. I think someone is trying to use your name to scam.
Awesome job Kincade 👏
I like that you soaked the clutch in oil. Never seen that good tip. Fair price too. I’d pay that. Let’s see the other build please!
Other build will begin soon and I'll have a full build series on it! Not sure when you can expect the first episode yet... Thanks for the comment!
