The location plays a big part in the pricing, because in south charlotte - like Ballantyne area, I think a 3 bedroom condo with a terrace is like 1800-2000$/m, uptown the same would probably go for over 3000$/m.
1550 is a pretty fair price for an uptown apt with 1 bedroom though.
