Hey Krista! Love your space ☺️ I actually subscribed to you before I move to Charlotte ( I’ve been here now for a couple months) so it’s cool to see a different living space in the area. Where did you get your bar cart from?
this is actually a very cool concept for a video it's nice to see you live in the everyday life of the world aside from every body You are not like anyone and this is what makes you a special and exceptional person. I wish you a happy life and to everyone who reads my comment ❤️🥰💖😍😘🍓♥️🍓🥰
hello! my boyfriend and I are looking for apartments in Charlotte. what neighborhood do you think is the best place for young professionals? we like your space and are looking for a similar set up. thanks!!!
Depends! If you want to be near the nightlife + restaurants + etc then south end is the best area! Pretty much all professionals in their 20s. NODA is more 25+ and a little more calm, but still has bars/restaurants/within 10 minutes of the city. And then even more calm is Dilworth, but a very pretty area within about 10 minutes of the city.
Nice upgrade! You deserve it. I’m still wondering why a studio was $1200. And you’re right. Prices are getting Ridiculous. I’m in a 1 BR in Raleigh and my rent was $852 (special, but $940 regular) when I moved in 4 years ago. The month to month fee was $100. Today my rent is $1140 plus $300 for a month to month lease. This is in addition to $25/mo for valet trash and $50/mo for the washer/dryer rental. Ridiculous! This is mortgage money. At least you’re not living in a roach infested shoe box because your job doesn’t pay 6 figures. I hope that you will only need 1 stream of income 1 day soon. Congrats in advance on that big fat promotion! 🤗
Wow thank you so much! Yes my family is in Raleigh and I've looked at apartments there and the prices seem to be pretty similar. It is totally wild and the dream of owning a home seems to just keep getting further away with these mortgage rates! Wishing you all the best :)
Honestly I love California so much, I live in charlotte so you are definitely paying for what you are getting as opposed to here. (Not terrible but definitely not California and you can feel it.) ❤️
love the shelves in your kitchen! great for organization

Lovely home! I’m crying paying 1800 for a studio in SoCal, no parking/no laundry
