pete and rabea have the best chemistry between them!! you can also tell pete has been practicing metal and shred so he can have a great time whenever rabe happens to come in for review
I love how Pete's becoming an even more well-rounded player. While metal will probably never be his main jam, he doesn't turn his nose up at it either. The additional skills and techniques give him a wider palette to choose from and could offer some unexpected contrasts or interludes in his playing to make it just that much more interesting. Good on him! EDIT: Check out the songs "Twilight of the Thunder God" and "Father of the Wolf" by Amon Amarth for some killer metal riffs.
How much fun are these guys having?...It makes even non guitarists jam along with our favorite air guitar. Pete is an ambassador for the joys of learning and playing guitar. Rabea just amazes with his prowess for evil sounding licks! Normal is Boring. Anderton Vids continue to bring some of the best content for aspiring musicians of all styles. Thank You All.
The Acacia Strain is so good with riff writing. I enjoy all their albums but The Dead Walk is the one that got me started on them. Spiritbox is also great for riffs. It would please me to no end to see Pete play anything from those bands
If Pete wants some nasty seven string riffing, he should check out Nevermore. Jeff Loomis' band, Dead Heart in a Dead World would be the album to strat with.
Pete listen to some Nevermore for some great metal riffs, They play 7 strings but tune a half step down, listen to Dead Heart in a Dead world, Enemies of reality and This godless endeavor. You can’t go wrong 🤘
To andertons, just to let you know. All E-II use figured maple veneer top. For eclipse model, they use a maple cap with figured maple veneer. I'm not sure if other model use maple cap.
LOVE to see Pete chugging away like this! I know it's not his cup of tea, but it's awesome just seeing him give it a go. He's totally feeling it! (^o^)
You keep saying the E-II models have Stainless Steel frets. They do not. And you are neglecting to emphasize that all of the LTD models do. Still, its so cool to see Rabea and Pete together!
I know it is old news now but the e-ii's do NOT have stainless frets. rabea was wrong here. ESP is just really good at polishing their frets so they feel like stainless until they wear a bit. their LTD 100 series and higher get stainless though, and select ESP USA guitars have them too.
I have to admit it's fun to watch Pete have difficulty playing something. He's so accomplished as a player I find myself thinking "I wish I could play like that" but ironically I can do things he can't. (yet) He needs to listen to some of the classics. Iron Maiden in particular I think. It looks like he needs to get comfortable with the gallop. I see all down picking at the moment. Learn The Trooper. Once Maiden makes sense, Lamb of God maybe? "Ashes Of The Wake" feels like a lesson in what 20 years of progress to that original gallop sounds like. That's a more modern take on the technique. From there I'm sure Rabea has all the newest stuff covered.
The Guitars both look amazing and are probably pretty expensive BUT why the damn Inlays?! It is the Same design of inlays Esp uses on cheapest LTD 7 Strings
Playing the bareknuckles after the EMGs... holy shit they sound incredible. Also, locking tuners are more about ease of changing strings than "double locking"
@pete, Just go metallica - and justice for all or master of puppets. If its to heavy start with the black album. Enough metal riffs to learn the hooks. But you chuging is aeesome already 🤘😎
Did it chug? YES!
Hi Ola. Have a great day! I consider Pete the Athelstan to your Ragnar on all things chug.
I suggest Ola does some TH-cam searches for "Chug" the whole day and keep appearing :D
Pro trick: you can watch movies on flixzone. Been using it for watching all kinds of movies during the lockdown.
@Wesson Shepherd yup, have been watching on flixzone} for years myself =)
@Wesson Shepherd yup, I have been using Flixzone} for since december myself :D
pete and rabea have the best chemistry between them!! you can also tell pete has been practicing metal and shred so he can have a great time whenever rabe happens to come in for review
How fortunate is Andertons to have these 2 guys working for them!
Yeah, amon amarth are awesome. I still think they're underrated in the metal world. Been making great songs for 2 or 3 decades now!
How much fun are these guys having?...It makes even non guitarists jam along with our favorite air guitar. Pete is an ambassador for the joys of learning and playing guitar. Rabea just amazes with his prowess for evil sounding licks! Normal is Boring.

Pete’s new album due 2022 “Purple reign”
Pete and Rabea have great chemistry together true bromance their guitar playing compliments each other. Great vids guys well done.
Pete is So Full Of Surprises, Demo Well Done 👍👍🎶🎶🎸
Imagine making an episode of Danish Pete trying to find the right super strat guitar for him to chug. And it has to be purple.
Head’s ESP signature was purple, wasn’t it? :D that one should do
the LTD Sir Headly would be perfect haha
Simple. Emppu's ESP EV-1.
Dude.... Pete. Ola Englund is probably proud
@@tommysedin yes. That guitar should fit Pete nicely.
The Acacia Strain is so good with riff writing. I enjoy all their albums but The Dead Walk is the one that got me started on them. Spiritbox is also great for riffs. It would please me to no end to see Pete play anything from those bands
It is 4AM where I am and I am not sure if this is real or some sort of strange dream.
Good seeing rabea again, missed you bro
Haha awesome, Pete going his chug on. That lesson from Ola on chugging is really paying off now. Made my Sunday. 😀
@Meagher Boys yeah it's really nice to look at and play.
If Pete wants some nasty seven string riffing, he should check out Nevermore. Jeff Loomis' band, Dead Heart in a Dead World would be the album to strat with.
I hope that was an intentional typo at the end...
For Pete's 7 string suggestions, Korn and Fear Factory have some really good riffs!
Pete listen to some Nevermore for some great metal riffs, They play 7 strings but tune a half step down, listen to Dead Heart in a Dead world, Enemies of reality and This godless endeavor. You can’t go wrong 🤘
I've done the "here play this guitar" thing to unaware friends while it's in Zone 2 ... never gets old ...
To andertons, just to let you know. All E-II use figured maple veneer top. For eclipse model, they use a maple cap with figured maple veneer. I'm not sure if other model use maple cap.
Veneers on 2k+ guitars😂 E-II are great quality but ridiculously underspecced and overpriced.
@@flyingmanforfun Underspecced compared to what ?
petes on the chug and asusual rebea with the melody sound awesom, the sumof awesum
Ok It’s Concert Time You Guys Rocked All Those Guitars 👍👍🎶🎶🎸
I am sure Pete was very diplomatic when discussing staying in tune with Bea. :)
Lamb of God have got some really really chuggey riffs and their all great
LOVE to see Pete chugging away like this! I know it's not his cup of tea, but it's awesome just seeing him give it a go. He's totally feeling it! (^o^)
Pete out here unleashing his dormant shredding techniques!
introchug: You've just reinvented Bolt Thrower - thanks for that!
Damn, now we need an Amon Amart Pete cover. "freewill sacrifice" is pretty chuggy
great guitars and videos but i think its worth mentioning that e-ii guitars doesnt have stainless steel frets.
I want that red one. I think it’ll be sought after because esp usually makes their one pickup guitars black.
Music to chug to? Ummm anything the guy next to you plays. Love you guys!
The horror within by shadow of intent! I think Pete will love that!
Anderton's videos always get an immediate thumbs up... Chugging is a tough one to love though 😬
Would love to hear some Amon amarth played with them axes
Rabea looks very proud of Pete.
I like how long the cleans lasted.
One of those videos where I *really* want to see that fancy decibel meter... and there's a freaking PLANT in the way.
Pete "but does it Djent Mayer" Honore
Hey You know the dB meter is covered up on the first number?
Hey Pete if you're seeing this check out the song jaws of life from John petrucci's solo album......
Pete should listen to The Dillinger Escape Plan. The chug and the jazz influenced chaos. Just start with Calculating Infinity.
You keep saying the E-II models have Stainless Steel frets. They do not. And you are neglecting to emphasize that all of the LTD models do. Still, its so cool to see Rabea and Pete together!
@Jack Nicholson No, you don't. They might. Its a selling point that the lower cost LTD models have them.
Hands down for Pete
Rabeas mouth expressions are brilliant 😂
Bea’s playing is great as always but we demand more heavy from Pete. An Ola Englund style “Does it Chug” with the purple tele!
Get you a man who looks at you like Bea looks at Pete when he's doing leads at 23:03
Bea looks so proud.
I am still biting my ass that I missed the Natural Satin M1007 Multiscale with SD Nazghul Sentient PUs. That was my ESP and I didn't get it :(
Thank you Pete for the chugs i dont need to see the 7 wonders now. I am content within myself now.
Pete should learn "Welcome Home" from Coheed and Cambria!!
Oh I was hoping it was the JM-II. But guess that's a 2020 model?
what's pete doing with his foot at 3:58 ?? 😂
I know it is old news now but the e-ii's do NOT have stainless frets. rabea was wrong here. ESP is just really good at polishing their frets so they feel like stainless until they wear a bit. their LTD 100 series and higher get stainless though, and select ESP USA guitars have them too.
Beginning was awesome 😆🤣
Hell yeah Andertons!!!!!
I’d suggest some Conquering Dystopia for Pete
HAPPY SUNDAY, DEAR NEIGHBOURS! 😂
That opening jam would've been at home on a Machine Head album.
Hey Pete! I’d definitely suggest architects for some riff inspiration, and if that isn’t to your taste watch some ola England
I have to admit it's fun to watch Pete have difficulty playing something. The BKs definitely sound better than the EMGs imo!🤘
Anyone know what pedals Pete has there? Any help would be awesome!
Pete should check out Monuments they have some crazy riffs
The Guitars both look amazing and are probably pretty expensive BUT why the damn Inlays?! It is the Same design of inlays Esp uses on cheapest LTD 7 Strings
I am not into these tones, but live seeing you guys make this video.
That opening jam? I heard surf music; but I'm 70, so lots of stuff sounds like surf music.
Pete, leqrn some Unearth, Ken Susi from Fishman would probably get a huge kick out of that!
Suggestion for Mr. Pete Try Dream Theater, it has everything you want in it and it doesn't get boring.
Need me an E-II 7-string asap.
...and justice for all
BASS WHEN?!
I think Pete would like Trivium.
Keep chugging those riffs Pete
Quality Chug album for Pete - From Mars to Sirius by Gojira
By jove! Pete CHUGS!!
It's only extreme accented blues you know but I like it
Yeesss. Metal Pete... Lesssgooo
Pete chugs on a 7 string... Is that a euphemism??
Ola would be proud!
Playing the bareknuckles after the EMGs... holy shit they sound incredible. Also, locking tuners are more about ease of changing strings than "double locking"
We need a pete and bea progmetal project :D
He will get a 7 string in a sudden when we don’t really expect it 🤘🏽,
I'd like to hear DP play some Gojira because it's got them chchonky riffs & not crazy hard.
Pete check out Nevermore for tasty 7-string riffs!
Corpral jigsore ... learn it pete.. its a classic easy song..
Slipknot - Psychosocial. Great opening riff and fairly easy to play.
M series = best series 😇
Pete should listen to Knocked Loose.
Holy Diver
Try trivium. Good mix of riffage
pete should check out Juno by Tesseract
@pete, Just go metallica - and justice for all or master of puppets. If its to heavy start with the black album. Enough metal riffs to learn the hooks. But you chuging is aeesome already 🤘😎
Listen to Evergrey, man! They have great riffs on a 7 string.
That M-II 7 in pearl white has me shook. I'm shaken as it were. Anyone interested in a heavily used kidney slide in my DMs.
Wow, I'm the 15th view, and the 4th like. Never been this early! Cheers from the USA.
Pete should definetly listen to the Doom 2016 soundtrack!
Check out Sleep Token, Loathe, Spiritbox
I think Slaughter of the Soul by At the Gates or the first Slipknot record might be something Pete might enjoy
Are these knickers satin? No, they're new!
Gojira might be a place to start for Pete!
Want some riffs, listen to Pantera and go nuts!!
Pete should listen to some rammstein, Keine Lust is a great album to start with
