I've been using this tablet for a solid six months now, and apart from arriving with a broken USB cord, it's literally the nicest thing I've ever worked with. That scroll wheel is amazing, the tablet works like a charm, the pressure sensitivity feels *really good* and I haven't had a single issue with it yet.
I eventually replaced the Deco 02 with one of XP-Pen's screen tablets, but I'm still using it as a backup semi-regularly. It's still holding up very well, it's also still the best non-screen tablet I've ever used - and in some ways it's even nicer than my fancy new one. My recommendation still stands - it's a beautifully designed and very well-thought-out tablet with the technical capabilities to match the features, and given the prices it usually sells at, it's pretty much an absolute no-brainer (assuming you can still find it)

I was going through some of your other tablet reviews, and I was hoping you'd take a look the Huion H420. I picked it up because I wasn't sure how much use I'd get out of a tablet, so I didn't want to invest that much in it. It'd be cool to see how it stands up to other more expensive offerings, as well as the Gaomon S56K which is similarly priced. Anyway, I'll definitely have to keep this tablet in mind if/when I decide to upgrade from my H420.

My running programs in XP Pen artist 12 tablet settings don't show photoshop or illustrator and I have even browsed for the program so my express settings would work. They still don't. I even tried ticking on and off windows ink, no change. IDK what to do. I have the latest driver as well.

Ok I must Say! I just bought mi xp pen Star 06 and the drivers are almost the same. So when you go to configure the dial... you will the have surprise that ONLY THE THIRD OPTION WORKS. I don't know if it's a error in the driver , but it's like this. Even the support chat didn't know about that.

I bought this tablet to replace the Wacom Intuous Pen and Touch I had before and it works great! My only issue is that the eraser works in all of my programs except for SAI. Does anyone have any tips for that?
Open SAI, flip the pen to eraser side, and pick the eraser tool. SAI might remember that the eraser is the eraser after that, though it's such an old suggestion I'm not sure it works any more.
I tired that, but it just switched both sides of the pen to eraser mode. SAI doesn't seem to be able to distinguish the sides of the pen, despite other programs working. I've sent an email to XP-Pen and I'm waiting for a response. I'll keep everyone pisted in case anyone else runs into the same issue
My wacom intuos pro medium stopped working cause of the battery, but since we ain't american we cant buy it off the website and its pretty expensive on eBay, amazon and our countries version of eBay ..heh. (I saw my tablet on there for 10 bucks and it was a fresh and never used so that freaked me out) Sooo if we can't get that battery then I definetely know what to buy here (either this or a huion) :D

Hold up, the pen doesn't need a battery? Has the electromagnetic induction patent from Wacom expired? If yes, oh boy prepare for actual competition in the pen tablet market space. This is significant for people who can't invest much in pen tablets!
