My kitchen muse whispered into my ear suggesting that after all of the cooking was done, that I might simply drain a can of whole kernel corn and stir it into the mixture. Deliciosa! No only is this recipe a bonus for singles because you can freeze, thaw and easily reheat the extras, I could easily get by with half a burrito by adding sides like refried beans, rice or fruit. so this could make up to 12 meals!

Smothered with green pork chili is how we like beef burritos, with guac and sour cream and salsa on top of that. The chili just keeps the tortilla soft and easily cut and adds so much flavor!
@ I drained and washed my beans cause here they are in a slimy gloop in a can but I just added a little water to keep things more saucy. This was the easiest recipe and I froze quite a few for another time. Thank you for this recipe it’s a winner

When I fried my burritos, they were crunchy and delicious and yes, take the time what I did is I had a woke wok and I put my burrito and I got my walk hot and I put the oil in it and I put my burrito in it and I rocked it back-and-forth until it was golden brown took that out and I did the other one the same way and it didn’t take long delicious delicious delicious

Preferably, you only crisp them once. If you crisp, freeze, crisp you will likely have a drier burrito and you will likely change the texture. It depends on your preference, but I would never crisp them until I was ready to eat them if possible. Hope that helps! 😊

Traditionally burritos are made with flour tortillas. Corn are hard to roll into into burritos without breaking
