Hello Natasha! - How long can I store them in the freezer? - In a freezer Ziplock or plastic container? Which is best? - What is the method of reheating them after the freezer? Thank you. Loads of love ♥ EDIT: ok, just made those a couple days ago & they were pretty good. - Made of: Eggs of course, Bacon & Suisse cheese. - Kept some in a ziplock freezer bag. They did not stay there long. - Simply reheated them on my pancake pan. Like they were just freshly made, no difference. Thank you.
Tried the bacon version of these this morning and they were great, I added a little butter to the pan while browning the tortilla and it tased fantastic. Adding a little salted butter gives the tortilla a great flavour boost.
Natasha, Natasha Made the first recipe 7-21-22 Had all the ingredients in the refrigerator. Had company over and everyone said they were hungry. So went to my laptop under Cooking and pulled up this recipe. Already had it there just didn't use it until 7-21-22 It was Simple, Fast, Very Easy and Filling. I made 4 had 3 ppl over. They inhale them. Each person got 1 and they said they were full. I did Sour Cream and Tomato Salsa on the side. They loved them. The last one I ate later, filled me up for the entire evening. It would be nice Ms. Natasha to do things over your gas stove. I know it is harder with the cam, A lot of us don't use induction or glass top or electric. It can work on any heat source. I use Italian garlic-infused olive oil or clarified butter.

It's easy and amazing. I did the same with a small different, I fried the beaten egg and also the "meat" part and after that I put on the tortias the egg, and the "stuffing" and I rolled it. And after that I slight it . But it's a perfect breakfast ether ways 😊❤️ nice recipes but u re like super cute 😍

I haven't tried this recipe, but am wondering... Wouldn't it work to make two of the egg/tortillas, put the filling on one, cover with the other, and flip the whole arrangement? That seems easier than dealing with folding... You'd also have cut edges on all the pieces instead of cut edges only on the center pieces and folded edges on the other 2/3. LOVE the idea of using a little cheese to affix the tortilla to the egg. It looks like you'd want to try to match the size of the skillet to the size of the tortilla as closely as possible.
Just made these and they came out really good,made mine with spam sausage eggs jalenpeno Velveeta cheese and salsa inside ,try it out ,of course salt and pepper 👌
