It's private labelled, so I'm not sure. It's similar to the DonJoy UltraSling IV, though mine has an adjustable pad rather than a pillow. By that, I mean it has a foam covered piece of metal that can be formed to put your arm at any angle needed.

Hey Frank did your surgeon get you that sling? Was it supplied to you right after surgery? Veen wondering bout sling, have same surgery coming up. Ty
