Although there is no specific treatment but iodine oral supplement or injections and hCG can help to some extent. Basically endometrial gland hypertrophy is the basic reason and we have no drug to revert that process. Can also try Iodinum 200 homeopathic medicine 10 drops tds orally

Sir, suggest me a good minerals mixture for pregnant cows because in winter season green grass less available in india
Chelated Agrimin Forte and OVM are good. You can also use Ostovet combined with Vimeral Forte
