Shaun looks like you were having a great time. Jeeps and Toyotas representing. To all our fellow Service members thank you for your service. And remember that civilians are who we are supposed to be protecting.
It’s Great when you set aside film time with music. You and your friends go where many of us can’t. I’m 74 and take morphine 4X/day just to walk. I am indebted to you and your friends.🤗
15:45 You got that right...we have spent the last 2 Sunday's up here in Terrace working our way into a old FSR that has grown in and contains several washouts. Some trail clearing (beyond what the ATV crew have done) and lots of trail building across these washouts creates some epic wheeling adventure....sure hope when we reach the end at about 16km that the view is worthy...half way in now hahaha
You can tell how much Braun Loves his 4Runner. He looked so sad discovering the bolt and watching it get towed... Also, LOVE your videos Shaun. You are a big insperation to me. Keep up the great adventures!!!!
I always look forward to your videos. You do a great job of bringing us along for the adventure, making it feel like we are there by using those awesome drone shots, etc. Your camera work and editing is great. 👌🏻😎.
Enjoyed watching the bug crawl across the lens as you were climbing back out on that obstacle. Excellent use of wildlife management ! By the way, those are not broken body parts, rather, that is atmosphere. Quite envious every time I watch you guys. 👌👏👏👏
Wow. Hut gatekeeper has changed a LOT in a few short years. Downhill side has always been sketchy, but uphill side has become way more exposed. Looks more fun than it was for many years (it was too easy). Shame about the sway bar bracket. If that didn't happen, could have tried to make it to Upper Hut if you had time.
So what happened to the 4 runner? I imagine a ring gear bolt came out. That happened to my TJ just before we went on a long weekend trip into the mountains.. There is a bright side though.... he was out onto a road, not 4 hours down a trail!!
Hey Shaun and buds. Thank You for sharing your adventures. You are doing what I dream of doing,, with quality content. You make me strive to make this happen. Life is too short to let lice slip by, never too old. T&ankle again.
i absolutely love these offroad videos you do man! They're making me genuinely consider buying a Gladiator, I was wondering if you are ever going to do Walk around/ Pros and Cons video on the truck?
Man this channel has great content! Quality videos for sure. I’m not even really into wheeling and I really dig what you guys are doing. My extent of wheeling is just driving old logging roads for fishing, hunting, and camping but I think it’s really cool how far you guys take it. The areas you go look a lot like our areas up here in Western Washington. Thanks!
sometimes i forget how hard some of these trails are in vehicles. Been with a RZR for years and going down/up that first set of rocks would take 10 seconds lol. Amazing quality videos mate!
Never heard of anyone winching IN through the Gate Keeper before! And you were doing the "high line/easy line" Try the low line/hard line ! You got rigs that can do it
@@TheStoryTillNow Yes! I got into similar situation there, but had no one in front to winch me through. Manual transmission... Stuck on the precipice couldn't take my right foot off the break to get it on the gas quick enough to not roll down and flip. Left hand for the gas pedal. Low line is better when there are no rocks stocked up. Great photography of your vids!
Living my weekend dreams through your cameras. Thanks buddy! I was curious why did you pick the gladiator over a Wrangler? If you mentioned it before you can link the video but I watched them all... Some of them multiple times
So the whole Indian River FSR is open now? (June 2020) What would you say the overall condition is, was the washed out section you showed the worst part?
Hey ! I love the channel. Did the tow truck guy lifted the rear wheels as well ? There was no chance of pulling the the car with the tow rope and maybe disconnect the drive shaft ?
I've turned around twice in the past after getting sketched out watching other people go down it. I don't think it's possible to go down that thing without feeling nervous.
I had a ring bolt come loose once.... it went through the cover like that as well.... I'm guessing that is what it is.... That looked like a rear sway bar extention bracket.... are you going to longer links now? Another great trail!
@@TheStoryTillNow It will still limit your wheel travel. That's why it pulled them off in the first place. You should never run off road with sway bars connected.
@@TheStoryTillNow They are pretty much pointless when they are that thin you can bend them by hand. Up to you but obvious to me that its limiting the suspension.
Man, I remember walking those scabby, SJ my old log docks growing up out there!! Dad would always go scooting out there, and I’d follow. Soaked shoes all the time!! 😂 so, was it a ring gear bolt? And is the 4runner coming out to run Bruce too?
Hope you guys like this adventure! If you'd like to help support the channel, we have merch available at www.dirtyanddangerous.com
You guys made good time my wife was like there going up late. After you past us
Can you get us a update on the runner?? Wanna know what happened there.
@Jacob Hendrickson bolts were loose from the manufacturer. Got ejected through the cover. No internal damage and cover is getting welded shut.
you riveted this "slider" into the body???? WTF WTF WTF?????? And enjoy the rust under it
F
I just cant stop watching that 4runner!
I bought a 92 and even bone stock it blew my mind! It WAS mint condition $3000 all in
#YotaGang
I know, that’s my favorite vehicle on the show being a Toyota guy. I myself have a 90 4x4 Reg cab shortbed and absolutely love my truck.
Same!
I bought a 3rd Gen 4Runner a couple months ago and now smile hard seeing that Red T4R flexin'
Shaun looks like you were having a great time. Jeeps and Toyotas representing.
To all our fellow Service members thank you for your service. And remember that civilians are who we are supposed to be protecting.
The dude in the Red 4-Runner is in it win it EVERY TIME.
Love it
Your videos get better and better. The drone footage and background music are both great and add a lot to your videos. I'm a big fan. Keep it up!
Awesome! Thank you!
It’s Great when you set aside film time with music. You and your friends go where many of us can’t. I’m 74 and take morphine 4X/day just to walk. I am indebted to you and your friends.🤗
I just want you to know, between the music and some of the hairy situations, I always get chills..ALWAYS. Keep it up crew!
Thank you!
That ending with the music and scenery was beautiful!
I love your music and the situations you and your friends get into, hopefully the 4runner has a fast recovery!
I'm sure it's well on its way. 👍

one of the best off road videos.. i love them all

I rarely hold my breath watching videos on TH-cam. I did at times on this one. Living on the edge, as usual!
Man that entrance to Hut gets worse every year. Saw you guys passing through Squamish that afternoon.
Wow the music 🎶 in your videos are absolutely superb
Nice addition to the Gladiator those EVO rocksliders, thanks for sharing those amazing and beautiful places!!!
Serious sketch on the Gatekeeper! Pucker factor was pretty high.
Beautiful area. Thank you for sharing
Glad you enjoyed it
love seeing my old home area. i live in the yukon now but still remember all over the lower mainland. AWESOME STUFF!
I always look forward to your videos. You do a great job of bringing us along for the adventure, making it feel like we are there by using those awesome drone shots, etc. Your camera work and editing is great. 👌🏻😎.
Awesome! Thank you!
One of the best off road channels out there! One day when the Rig is fully built I’ll make the trek from Ontario to B.C
It is a great lake, really warm in the summer.
I keep a harbor freight moving blanket in my Jeep when I need to do a road side repair, versatile can be used to keep you warm too
Enjoyed watching the bug crawl across the lens as you were climbing back out on that obstacle. Excellent use of wildlife management ! By the way, those are not broken body parts, rather, that is atmosphere. Quite envious every time I watch you guys. 👌👏👏👏
Awesome, thank you!
love that holy shit feeling as you ran down that rock sideways on the slider.... epic.
This channel deserves more subscribes!!
Thank you
.oblige to strengthen the sway bar.isn t it!!! Incredible 4runner. Great video 👍👍👍👍
Incredible as always, image quality and beautiful places, the two cars are beasts, you deserve subscribers.

Big girl got a bit roughed up.

You're havin fun when all the dash lights come on!
Magnifique comme toujours !
The best jeep channel ever❤

Very true, I would love to know as well.
Nice job guys!!! It’s been a long winter and spring. Super stoked to get some trail time!!!
Such beautiful endless terrain up there. Can’t wait to get back to BC some day

Love that runner, super dope
"it's lookin alright eehh, NO NO ITS NOT" 🚫. 🤣🤣
Damn that place !!!! It’s BEAUTIFUL 😍!! Definitely I have to go !! Thank you for showing us those beautiful places!!! Love your videos !! 👍🏻
And your t-shirt !! 🤣🤙🏻
Canadian confidence = "Ya , Buddy , there ya go!"
i absolutely love these offroad videos you do man! They're making me genuinely consider buying a Gladiator, I was wondering if you are ever going to do Walk around/ Pros and Cons video on the truck?
I've done it! Check my previous videos. :) It's a great truck you won't regret it.
Damn that ending took a turn for the worse haha.. RIP Braun
Tow job - bummer! Raining again but who lets that stop us - RIGHT? Stay safe and healthy.
Thank you!
This is my favorite adventure yet beautiful mother nature
Cheers
Another sick vid. Great job man!

Love it! Living through your build and adventures!
Thank you
I'm in love with those Evo sliders, I want a gladiator decked out so bad in all Evo products, and just wheel All over the entire world .........👍🏻✌🏻👌🏻
I love your videos but the music is just a little too dramatic sometimes. But, its your video and your choice. Everything else is excellent!
Amazing trail!!
the music on minute 11 ,,fantastic ,,,,,,,,saludos desde colombia
Loving your videos mate. Great diversity in scenery along your trails. Just discovered you guys. Cheers from Australia. Love ya work!
Cheers Tim
I really love to watch your videos.that'll make me happy😁 😇❤
Never heard of anyone winching IN through the Gate Keeper before! And you were doing the "high line/easy line" Try the low line/hard line ! You got rigs that can do it
Winch line was an ancher to the side, not to pull in.

Love you guys keep up the good work, and if ever in the Kamloops area I know some great spots!!!
Living my weekend dreams through your cameras. Thanks buddy! I was curious why did you pick the gladiator over a Wrangler? If you mentioned it before you can link the video but I watched them all... Some of them multiple times
I had a kid last year so I need my back seat and still need cargo space. Plus it's just cool. 🤠
Got ya. It's definitely a beautiful machine
man you guys do some crazy ass trails
We have some fun for sure. :)
Man those views are awesome! Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching :)
Love that runner make me wanna sas mine
Whats SAS? I keep seeing that
Solid Axle Swap.
So the whole Indian River FSR is open now? (June 2020) What would you say the overall condition is, was the washed out section you showed the worst part?
Yes. Pretty clear.
@@TheStoryTillNow Cheers, thanks, have been enjoying your adventures.
Great content and editing! Our new favorite channel 👌
Thank you so much.
مسٹر شوون آپ کے ویڈیوز بہت اچھی ہیں. اور مجھے خود یہ سب پسند ہیں. 😍😍😍😍😍
Best video yet...
Hey ! I love the channel.
Did the tow truck guy lifted the rear wheels as well ?
There was no chance of pulling the the car with the tow rope and maybe disconnect the drive shaft ?
That’s a pumpkin you don’t want to carve on a trail. That sucks. But the 4Runner is a beast.
Mondays are my favorite day of the week.
So what happened to the 4 Runners differential? Didn't have time to search all the comments...could put in your description.
Great videos keep it up my guy's.
Appreciate it!
That entrance to hut lake is no joke I turned around on the atv lol
I've turned around twice in the past after getting sketched out watching other people go down it. I don't think it's possible to go down that thing without feeling nervous.
Great content. Looks like so much fun.
Sure is!
Go through the middle of gate keep on way out.
Wonder if a 5th gen 4runner TRD (rear locker & crawl control +mts) could make it with just 33s
"can't tell it's there anymore"
But you know it's there
Great video's love the scenery such cool spots & some killer 4 wheelin
Thanks John!
So when I get my 4Runner done next year I want to hit some of these gnarly trails. 👍🤨🤘
You should! :D
The Story Till Now about to start the lovely project of putting some Dana 60s under the 3rd gen. And then I definitely will!
I had a ring bolt come loose once.... it went through the cover like that as well.... I'm guessing that is what it is.... That looked like a rear sway bar extention bracket.... are you going to longer links now? Another great trail!
Same links, stronger mounts.
Lol Braun in nuts. He needs to stay inside the truck and trust his ground guides. Great wheelin anyways.
He knows what he's doing.
Great work!
Thank you! Cheers!
Great video. Keep up the great work. Time for some sway bar disconnects.
We re-enforced the rear mounts, should be no problem now.
@@TheStoryTillNow It will still limit your wheel travel. That's why it pulled them off in the first place. You should never run off road with sway bars connected.
If you want something to limit the suspension use a limit strap. You also don't want to bottom your shocks out either.
@@SimonElenor I don't know anyone that disconnects their rear sway bar. They broke because the factory mounts are basically sheet metal.
@@TheStoryTillNow They are pretty much pointless when they are that thin you can bend them by hand. Up to you but obvious to me that its limiting the suspension.
Grate job man awesome epic videos every time 🍻🙏🙏
Thank uou
i like the sound tracks in your videos... where can I hear those?
Keep up the videos!
Braun is a piece of work, where can i get that hodie with the double birds, love it!
ITS A ONE OF WIFE MADE IT LOL
Runner gets a new rear end, betting on it having something to do with your locker setup or a bolt from the ring gear.
all ringear bolts loose 2 fell out one got rolled between housing and locker no damage to gear tho .third came from advanced industrys
Man, I remember walking those scabby, SJ my old log docks growing up out there!! Dad would always go scooting out there, and I’d follow. Soaked shoes all the time!! 😂 so, was it a ring gear bolt? And is the 4runner coming out to run Bruce too?
Maybe?
Excellent, exxxxxx-cellemt!! Lol!
now i look forward to mondays!
Thank you!
ill just wait here till it plays...
What bed rack are you using? Such a great place to wheel and live .. keep the videos rolling
Yakima, but I'm switching to Front Runner soon.
@thestorytillnow how are you liking that gladiator ? I looked at them when they first came out and thought nope it's going to get hung up on every.
Love it.
Looks like it’s time for those 40s
Shaun were you wearing a corona t shirt😂😂
😎
Question Shawn, how does snorkel work in heavy snow or rain as far as clogging up or water intake? Thanks for response love the channel!
You know Im not 100% sure but I heard there is a filter inside the tube for that sort of thing.
The Story Till Now thanks for response I love the look just was curious awesome channel man. By far my favorite
Amazing video like always :)
Cool story.
Thanks
