I love the duality between the reality of Red and the dreamlike, disconnected unreality of Blue just sitting there laughing and passing down messages from the gods. It's truly a wonderful dissonance

Forget a movie; I could see something like this becoming an amazing (and hilarious) animated series.
I especially like the dynamic because the only thing which seems to phase Blue during the whole experience is Red getting dunked by the colossal.
The adventures of Red and Blue in an fatasy land that they have mysteriously been dumped into for no apperant reason
I love how Blue is drawn as the chill guy who's just reading from his computer in the middle of a battle, even though he's right there with the monster as well while Red does the fighting, lol. I kind of want this sort of dynamic as an adventure cartoon of some sort now.

I could definitely see this as an animated series: a buddy-duo with a horse, sword, bow and laptop (it could be like Link's tablet in Breath of the Wild) going on a series of quests one would expect to see in a video game, and the hilarity comes not only from their interactions, but also from Red's more realistic reactions to the dangers they face contrasted with Blue's jovial attitude about it all.

Red is the mythical hero that's on a quest - getting a bit too cocky but generally having fun, switching between serious and funny - and Blue is the immortal tagalong trolling her for funsies and giving her mild help while he watches how she does stuff because mortals are interesting :V (and usually he tags in too)

I had an idea for an animated series based on these animations OSP has done of their own game highlights.
It’d be a pretty standard fantasy setting, with the twist that none of the main characters are really taking it seriously so they never clearly state what the actual goal of their journey is, so the audience has to figure it out themselves from crumbs of information scattered throughout the dialogue.
The cast would consist of:
* Blue, the Hero. A dorky scholar who just wants to study history and marry his twoo wuv Cyan. Unfortunately he can’t until he’s fulfilled a _prophecy._ (*sick guitar riff*) However since the _prophecy_ (wheedly-wheedly-wao!) also says that Cyan must go with him on his Epic Quest of Destiny, at lot of the urgency has been taken out of it. Is _massively_ unqualified for the job, if he had a catchphrase it’d be “OW!”
* Red, the Lancer/Big Guy/Best Friend/Platonic Life-Partner. Once upon a time, a powerful bandit chief who was feared across the land was finally slain, her corpse left impaled by the sword that took her life. Centuries later, a goofy young nerd found a mouldering skeleton and pulled out the sword stuck in it, thus cursing himself to be haunted for all time by the ghost of that bandit. They’re now best friends for life. Being undead, Red cannot be truly harmed, but she’s not immune to physics, she can’t be more than a certain distance from Blue, and occasionally her spectral form glitches. Gets most of the slapstick. A running gag would be people meeting the group and finding it hard to believe that she’s _not_ the Hero. Her catchphrase would be “AUGH, my hubris!”
* Cyan, the Love Interest/Support Main/Team Mom. Blue’s betrothed, she prefers to hang back and provide encouragement and heals for her shining knight, but she might actually be more qualified for the job than he is. Is just as much a silly goof as the others, but she’s actually capable of hiding it so she often gets to be the team’s face. Bonds with Red by teasing Blue together.
* Indigo, the Smart Guy/Fairy Companion/Exposition Fairy. The one keeping track of what they’re supposed to be doing and the one telling the others what part of the enemy to hit for massive damage. The audience’s main source of exposition hints. Can’t directly help in combat because she’s only three apples tall.
* Cleo, the Team Pet. Blue’s and Cyan’s pet cat. Her job is to be adorable.

They're living beings designed to contain the spirit of an evil god. The evil god promised to save Mono (someone whose relationship to Wander is never explained) as long as Wander kills the Colossi.
If you had seen them fight that fucking thing that dipped them in that unnaturally dark lake, you would agree. Truly a victory for the forces of justice

You'd think they do something this by now considering the style of their content but they could of been busy with other stuff...like get their butts kicked by a huge danger noodle

At 0:54 something happened to Blue - maybe he was hit in the head (by the monster, I presume) - and he looses all situational awareness as a result. Thus, our reluctant protagonist Red must take care of the monster _and_ her oblivious sidekick.

This is, quite possibly, my favorite video on the internet. The audio is hilarious, the visual gags are really well timed, I love the way you drew you & Blue's facial expressions, the artwork, as always, was a treat to see, & overall, I really loved it. I can't believe this was the stuff I was missing from the streams. Now, I'm not saying make this regular content. It probably took a long ass time to make this, & this channel specializes in primarily educational content, but I hope this isn't the only animation you make, Red. You did a really good job with it, & it would be unfortunate to see this kind of content not return in the future.
