- I'm back with another update of what's happening here in Southern Utah!🗣️This time I'm back on the border of St. George and Washington, on the corner of Mall Dr and 3000 East. 👀🔥
Lots of work going on this area as it continues to be one of the most popular places to live in the county, and it's great to see the infrastructure improve along with all the new businesses coming in too. Lots of good stuff on the way!

Great video. I really wish the Starbucks hype would die down. There is a Starbucks inside the smiths and literally a quarter mile down the road, were getting ANOTHER Starbucks? What are we? Washington State?

You mentioned awhile back at the office building(Fields market food truck court) that they were going to expand the trail that currently dead ends by the elementary school. Is that still in the works?
Yes, I went to a Washington City meeting and they are going to install a new pipeline and make a new trail system there, it's coming.

Going through planning stages. Last i heard they’re planning to break ground this summer sometime

A gas station and some commercial buildings around it. No specifics confirmed yet
Why a Starbucks? Their big box coffee is absulutely disgusting! Turn their logo upside down and it is a demon-goat. I will continue to support Feel Love and Perks coffee who are small, independent coffee venders.
