This was great. More creators should do tutorials like this. I was in his shoes at the beginning and now have a better understanding of the software.

Great tutorial. Lead by the student as all great teachers do. More like this please as I am learning to really get into the MPC One. Very deep instrument and plays master role in my set up.
    Liked and subscribed.
*And big thanks to the "student" who put himself out there. Bravo!

This was a really good video, thank you. I was able to follow along and it cleared up some stuff for me with 3.0 and with the MPC in general. Thanks very much. You mentioned in one of the replies that you were thinking of doing a series of videos when the final 3.0 comes out - I would be well up for watching all of those. 👍

I got the Key 37 and upgraded immediately as a new user to the MPC. Used 2.15 for a day or two. Once upgraded I never went back. I like the arranger. I wish they had Bluetooth mouse support and Wi-fi casting to an external screen. Very minor but this would be a something I can see many people using.

Excellent video. I don’t have an MPC but this would get me up and running if I did. I’m a big Deluge user but am quite interested in an MPC. Nice one 👍🏻

Finally put MPC3 on my Live. Dope functionality and they did well with the UI by adding access to so much from the main page. The sliding loop bar, sends, fx, etc
Looking forward to the next update to see what bugs are addressed. A few I noticed:
-on the X, looking at the channel mixer doesn't show all the pgms on the q links, just the pgm you're on
    - 2.15 allowed you to individually load old pgms into new projects. Those files are now hidden in the 3.0 browser so you have to save them individually in order to load a pgm from another project into a new one
    - From the main page, changing the transpose value up or down doesn't change the octave range on a keyboard or on external synths when using the pads.
    - Can't adjust the top loop bar in grid mode.
    - If you make a beat on sequence 1 and then go to the next blank sequence, it has all the tracks you created previously. So you can’t start with a blank slate. And if you delete those tracks, they are also deleted from sequence 1. I like to make multiple Beats in one project. Sometimes I flip the same sample a different way or just make a completely new track. I need a blank canvas each time

    Hi,
I really appreciate what you do, you have great talent and your TH-cam tutorials are brilliant. You can learn a lot from them. They great help and great knowledge.
Due to your extensive knowledge, I have a few questions about Akai MPC One Plus.
Since I have plugins from Arturia and Native Instruments, which I must say are very cool, my question is whether it is possible to install them on Akai MPC One Plus? If I copy these VSTs to an SD card or external disc, will I be able to use them in Akai? Will they work similarly to DAW? For example, when I launch Arturia Pigments, will I be able to change the ready-made presets that are in Pigments? And there are lots of them. Is it possible to modify their sound?
Will VST plugins from any other companies also work? Is it possible to directly transfer a project from Akai MPC One Plus to a DAW?
If I connect Akai to the computer and DAW, will Akai record this sound as a sample by selecting a given instrument in the DAW and starting to play it?
I have one more question, I know I have a lot of them but there's nothing I can do about it.
Can VSTs or plugins from other companies be installed on Roland SP 404 mk2? I know that the is Roland SP 404 mk2 a great sampler and has a huge amount of effects. But they made another upgrade and a lot of people were speachless. Can you compare Akai MPC One Plus with Roland SP 404 mk2? Or the best way is to get them both?
I will be very grateful if you answer my questions.
Thank you very much and best regards.

I'm excited about 3.0, but I really really really really (emphasis on really) hope they bring back odd time signature abilities. I'm a piano player and I write music in complex time signatures all the time, even if I'm not thinking about it. I just got a One Plus yesterday and I'm truly loving it, I just hope they bring back odd meters.
I got rid of the Akai Force over that one lacking feature and considered the MPC again exactly because it still supported odd time signatures 😢 Haha. I'll figure it out, but I'm hoping somebody tells them that has pull haha.

Holding menu button and pad 14 brings up a message saying ‘pad mixer not available for output track’, NOT the arranger…I certainly won’t be watching the rest of this vid! As I don’t trust it

    • @AccurateBeats
      @AccurateBeats  หลายเดือนก่อน

And pad 14 is the second one to the left at the top row?
This is how it is out of the box… The menu items can be moved around to fit other pads manually… But the arranger is on pad 14 if you hold menu
