      Yes, she was kinda intimidated with Jhud and was nervous of what she's gonna sing with the riff off, if I were in her shoes, I'd be much nervous than anyone 😂

      I think the reason why she's so pitchy is because she's not using her vowels right. They're too spread out, making her lose control of her notes.

    I feel like Demi is a perpetual unsung talent (no pun intended), at least in the mainstream sphere. She’s incredibly gifted and has an amazing voice, but I feel like the public just cannot latch on because there are so many stumbling blocks with her personal life and persona.
    That’s not to say Demi is at fault, we all have our struggles and our demons and we all at some point in time, go on a journey to find ourselves. Unfortunately because Demi has had to retread and turn the page so many times, I think most of the mainstream just don’t take her seriously. It’s a shame.

    It was a supported note. Move on.

    • @debutriah2854
      @debutriah2854 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      Pleeeaase guys stop that supported range nonsense :) there is no such thing in vocal pedagogy, it’s a made up term. Support is a breath control technique that helps you to sustain longer notes and sing longer phrases on one breath (and is also helpful in your overall breath control, e.g. for staccati and messa di voce), but it has absolutely nothing to do with the pitch of a note. If you can support, then you can support all of your range sung with vocal fold closure (which means all of your chest range, mix range and head voice range, only falsetto and whistle are sung without vocal fold closure and can, thus, not be supported)

      stop watching youtube vocal coaches who use innacurate visual terminology to falsely explain why people sing the way they do.
      demis runs suck because she uses A LOT of breath flow with wide vowels. and that, obviously, affects vibrato as well.
      it does help her belt really high tho.
      you can see these same issues with other singers who go really high. like sohyang. she's better with vibrato. but her downfall is that intense nasality and utter lack of full mid belts :)
