    One glass of pomegranate juice everyday in the morning did a magic for me to recoup weakness from anaemia. I was too weak to stand upright properly. It works dramatically.

    Yes, your video was informative, and useful! More than that, it was (as ALL of your videos are) hopeful and chock-full of positivity! Thank you, Dr. Van Dyken! God bless you (and your hubby, too)!

    I have severe rumatoid arthritis and had to have an injection. After drinking the pomegranate juice for three weeks, my morning stiffness and joint swelling are gone. Pomegranate has very strong anti-inflammatory components.

    This is one the best videos I have seen on Pomegranate related benefits.
    I am trying it these days and will have some results out in the next 2 months.
    May come back to edit/update my comment then about the use of Pomegranate and benefits (if the outcome reflects so)
    Thanks again for the lovely video and the information shared.

    Irminnie... Extremely enlightening video so, have moved onto Pomegranate Juice every morning and now found small things taking place in my body so thank you for your precise introduction to the product... Secondly, noticed you signed off with Aloha from Maui, Hawaii and that is where those devastating fires happened and, really occurred last week, truly hope you and your family managed to keep safe????

    I’ve been eating one a day for about 3 weeks and I do feel my energy has gotten greater. I have RA and fibromyalgia which cause chronic fatigue, along with other health problems, they were priced so high I couldn’t afford them. The price in my area has recently gone down to an affordable price. I make it a point to eat one every day. My joints feel much better. Thanks to UTUBE I have become aware of natural foods can help all kind of health problems. Was it mentioned that the skin can be consumed also.

    So can you eat the entire fruit? Since the entire fruit is used to ma me the juice. Is there a season for pomegranate? I recently saw containers of seeds on the shelf here in North America.

    I like Pomegranate but they are hard to eat right from the fruit so, what about POM 100% pomegranate juice made from a concentrate. How good is that compared to eating the fruit itself?

    • @JCX-9
      @JCX-9 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      You shouldn’t drink the juice as it’s too full of sugar. Eat the fruit with the seeds that’s the healthiest way to eat the pomegranate.

    Hi Doc,
    What do you think about using whole pomegranate purée (via VitaMix blending) in my homemade kombucha? Do you think all the health benefits you espoused about pomegranate would be enhanced, diminished, or unchanged when adding to the secondary fermentation of kombucha? The symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast might continue to feed on parts of the pomegranate purée, so I wonder how that kombucha SCOBY might metabolize the pomegranate.
    I love learning from you, Doc.
    Best,
    Chris

    • @outofthedoldrums
      @outofthedoldrums  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Chris,
      Interesting question. I have not seen this particular situation studied, so we have to speculate. I suspect there would be a change if the pomegranate was added to kombucha. Good or bad - who knows. I think the pomegranate puree would act as a sugar substrate for the kombucha to ferment - but not sure how that would affect the microbiome at the end of the day..
