Thank you very much for the valuable information in your video. Although I am already 60 years old, I am in very good physical condition and not overweight. I can confirm that the active ingredient urolithin a is extremely effective for me (I take a very highly bioavailable pomegranate extract from Cellaventh and 2 x 500 mg capsules. This not only affects external improvements to the skin (fewer wrinkles, fresher appearance, etc.), but also muscle strength. Especially by taking a NAD+ activator with a unique system-pharmacological approach (Nuchido Time+), I have already managed around 250 pull-ups in 5 sets, each with a 4-minute break (wide grip pulled into the back). Before taking Nuchido Time+ I was “only” able to do 150 pull-ups. Now, after taking the two Urolithin a products, I have reached approx. 300 pull-ups and am bursting with energy. Nuchido Time+ and Urolithin a obviously promote the strength of our mitochondria in a very special way. 🙂
Don't have other items overlooked. Jiaogulan, cordyceps, black elderberry, NAD, spermidine, carnosine, taurine (take carnosine and taurine several hours apart.

Hello Dr. Van Dyken. At 9:20, speaking of metabolic diseases you said "...due to a high fat diet...". did you mean due to a high sugar, high carbohydrate diet?
Exactly! Obesity and insuline resistance are known to be caused by a high sugar/carb diet. A high fat/low carb diet actually increases insuline sensitivity.
@@markmilan7390 actually diabetes is caused from fats blocking the cells from getting the nutrients they need, high carb low fat diets from plants has shown to completely reverse type 2 diabetes.

Hello Miss Dyken. First of all, thank you for this great and informative content, really do appreciate it and thinking a lot about it. I saw all videos about humming and red the studies - and humming seems to increase nitric oxide output. I dont know how to reach out to you and I also dont know if you would every read this comment, but I really need to ask you this question, so im gonna be asking it here: Given, that nitric oxide seems to be helpful in killing bacteria, viruses, fungi and even cancercells. Why do specialists for asthma treatment measuring the nitric oxide concentration of the exhaled air of asthma patients and use it to indicate, if theres an inflammation into the lungs? Which means, that higher nitric oxide levels are "bad", whereas lower nitric oxide levels indicate a "healthy" subject? Im asking this, because I red an article, in which inflammatory processes into the bronchia are alledgedly leading to a higher nitric oxide output in people with asthma bronchiale. It seems to be so paradox to me, knowing that body produced nitric oxide is labeled to be helpful? Thank you so much
Hello, I hope by now that you may have a reply from the Dr. However this very abridged version of Nitric Oxide in the human body, may ease away some of your concerns. Nitric oxide in blood is delivered to the system ( shall we say ) via the foods and fluids we consume. Also known, is, we have special glands in our nasal cavities that produce nitric oxide. It enters our blood vessels via this process in our nose. Our bodies get through a lot of nitric oxide and so breathing techniques can help improve our production of nitric oxide concentrations but only for the short term, so can changing your diet. Nitric oxide at normal doses in normal life in blood is not a big deal Normal consumption and burning of nitric oxide has nothing to do with the test you’re referring to however. This is an entirely different system of the body although I can see where you might think that breathing may increase your respiratory NO ( nitric Oxide )levels. But what is happening here is if dr’s find high concentrations of NO ( nitric oxide ) in your lungs, it’s a sign of acute lung tissue inflammation . This is a little complicated a process to detail what causes this to happen however This is serious. And Needing treatment but has no relationship with the nitric oxide in your diet intake or breathing techniques to increase mitochondrial function. Check . Oh and never but never, over do supplements. Some substances in higher doses can kill. Cheers.
Hello Dr. I love all your videos and information, this questions are not related to this topic but have you read the book of why animals don't get heart attacks but people do from Dr Matthias Rath and what is your opinion? Also your opinion or natural approach to IPF? Look forward to your comments. Thank-you
This is all assuming you still have Gordonibacter urolithinfaciens, Gordonibacter pamelaeae, or Ellagibacter isourolithinifaciens in your gut... Do you know of any Oxalate intake issues related to Urolithin A? Raspberries, which I love, can create conditions leading to the development of calcium Oxalate urinary stones. Thanks 🙏
Hi, I have not come across any research in regards to urolithin A and oxalate stones. The research on it is pretty new, though, so it probably just hasn't been looked at yet.
Apparently, this only happens to a small percentage of the population butt I am back to normal now. If you get a brain boost from nad+ boosters mitopure may not be for you. it's a grate product otherwise
