If you are in the Intern or Trainee category you will need a DS-7002. If you're a Research Scholar or Short Term Scholar you will not need the DS-7002 form.
My parents completed visa interview on 20 september for ir5 visa in nepal embassy.Interviewer congratulated my parents and said that your visa will be issued .After 2 days of interview while we logged in our ceac,the status has been changed to refused .we tried to contact to embassy but everytime they say it's just administrative procesing. now it has been already more than 120 days but we didn't get any email regarding our passport and visa status. what should we do now and when should we expect to get our visa issued?

Hello. Yes, you absolutely need to bring your DS-7002 form with you to the consular appointment.
Is it allowed to work more than the hours described on that form?
As an intern you should work between 32-40 hours a week. You shouldn't be working more than this as the J-1 visa is also for cultural exchange.
