FINALLY!!! The duel-sense check mark wasn't enabled in the new version. In all the previous DS4 versions I DL'd, this was automatically on. You're the difference between someone reading on how to fix things and someone (you) who has first hand experience with the software. Thank you.

If your PS5 controller still not active even if you did all this stuff, go to Device Options and uncheck everything except DualSence Controller Support
