OK this almost makes me think its like a modern interpretation of the Buchla complex oscillator. Then tin my head I imagine the circular thing people are noticing might be a modern interpretation of the Buchla 252e.

There are no filters used in the demos, the timbre changes are created in the ALGO by modulating the amount of cross modulation between oscillators
