Hey mate they are the same as our swags down here in Australia. You need to season it by putting it in a bath tub full of water and let the tent soak overnight this helps the waterproofing but you must do it when the next day is hot so that the canvas completely dries out and the thread they use will swell and fill any holes left by the sewing machine cheers Tony

Hi. Can I ask, when it's been raining and it needs to be rolled up when wet, do you find the bedding to be damp at the next pitch or is it still dry? I worry that the damp will be transferred to the bedding when enrolled up together.
    Thanks.

Hi Mark, I good question that we get pretty frequently actually. With 7 years of customers and ourselves camping with these systems we’ve never had a problem with this. The bedding stays dry. The way the system is designed ensures that the inside of the system doesnt get wet when packing up. As long as you make sure you zip up the doors and the windows there wont be an opportunity for the bedding to get wet.

Has anyone experienced broken telescope aluminium arch pipes yet? I have.
The 2 telescope aluminium arch pipes don't hold up for long. In my case both pipes broke already after only some days usage.
These pipes need to be more pre-curved - there is just too much tension when installed.
PS: Replaced the pipes with DIY 6mm fiberglass poles, 8 mm aluminium joints and some hot glue.
