When I was a kid in the United States I went to a Middle School grades 6 through 8 where they taught foreign languages Spanish, German, French, and Japanese. There was also a few classes of immigrant kids who were learning English. When those kids got good enough in English they'd start giving them classes with us. Everyone mostly got along except the African American students and the Black students from Africa. Don't ask me why but it was like oil and water with them.
So when he said Africans don't like black people I was nodding too.
Cause Africans think they're better than Black Americans. And Black Americans used to make fun of Africans because the American media would show Africa as a country full of starving, people where they're fighting wars with dictators and have flies flying around their mouths.
It's culture differences even with Hispanics that come over to the States 75% of them hate Hispanic Americans they think Hispanic Americans are arrogant and entitled so I would assume the kids from Africa thought the same about the African Americans and same with some British people viewing Americans are arrogant ignorant

Patrice had plenty of people pissed at the content, but his ability to not give a damn was next level. There were movies and TV deals waiting and all he had to do was play along, but he didn't care about any of that.
Ash is 100% correct. I live in the US but have met people from a few different African countries who were here in the US. They all thought that African Americans made them look bad. They absolutely didn't want to be associated with African Americans.
Also Chinese food and Mexican food in the US is an Americanized version of their original food.
13:20 it's frustrating to us, because immigrants who come here buy into American propaganda surrounding us (Black Americans). However, i don't recall them in the mix with us during Civil Rights and all the struggles before and since. People looking down on Black people is wild to me. My ancestors were brought here in the 1700s to provide free labor! 👀 Patrice was fantastic!

Actually, I just read an article in the New York Times saying Black Americans have been emigrating to Africa from the US for years and the numbers continue to rise. They like the acceptance they feel (unlike Patrice said, it’s not true that „Africans don’t like Black people [from the US]). They find the cost of living far more affordable in Africa and they like the lifestyle. Zanzibar, in Tanzania is a popular location to which the American Blacks relocate, as is Ghana with its open immigration laws from Black Americans. They call it „Blaxit.“ And, Black Americans call it „returning to the motherland.“ White Americans have a much harder time „returning to the motherland“ of Europe, if it’s even permitted in many cases. And, White Americans living in Europe are sure not allowed to refer to themselves as „Euro- Americans“, no matter how strong their ancestral /DNA ties are to parts of Europe.
My coworker married a Jamaican woman and brought her here to Germany and whenever I visit them and we hang out it almost always leads to the political situation in Europe and more specifically here in Germany. I can't even count all the times she was cussing over Africans here in Germany. It's crazy. But it's not just blacks who hate other blacks, it's also foreigners who hate other foreigners in general. It's like they leave their country to come to us just to bring their problems here.
I'm an American black. And over here the majority of Africans that comes over here have this attitude towards us African Americans. Like they are better than us.
But towards white people, oh they are so loving. 🤨😠

Every African I've met here (Though it's much different as Africans in Germany are a pretty new thing) is either in love with Germans and our way of living or completely hates us (Though I'm wondering why those are here in the first place). There is no gray. And for the most part, from my experience, ethnic Africans don't seem to like Africans who have adopted another culture. Way different with all the turks and arabs that are here. As soon as they can smell that you are Turk or Arab (Culture comes last) they instantly change their attitude, switch to their language and completely forget about where they are and who is around them. That's why you will never see an African block here. When they see that you are not from the same cultural background as them, they treat you like any other person. That "we are black, so we have to stick together" is an American thing. Just like "we are white, so we have to stick together" is more of an eastern European thing. So, the more you interact with ethnics the more you notice how much division still exists between the people. Only in the west (Aka where most Europeans are) do we preach about diversity and unification between different cultures, races and so on. It's just not a thing anywhere else. We quite literally live in a dream world where we think that differences don't exist.

12:10 As a First generation African that lives in America, Im grateful to be American. It's the same thing when white Americans claim to be descendats of Ireland and Irish Folks get angry. Infact I recently watched an early 2000's disney movie called "Luck of the Irish" (highly recommend) which shows a young boy Kyle whos determined to find his Irish roots for culture day at his school. He finds out his parents (Who are descendants of the Irish) were hiding his ancestry because of how the irish were treated.
👉They just explained: How Men see Women vs How Women see Men, without trying to explain it. Talking about reprehensible attitudes, he says, "I'd let it slide, because you've got some...features...", and she replies "I wouldn't". 😉Every guy watching knows what those "features" are that trump everything else, for him. But on her side:
There is one "feature" that would cause her to excuse _ANYTHING_ . (And of course, she'll say, with feigned outrage, "ABSOLUTELY NOT! I am _not_ that way!" ... But she is.) If he was sitting on a massive pile of cash, _then_ , she would let _any_ attitude slide, and he'd be fine by her.
I can hear her screams of righteous indignation from across the pond. But, nope. I'm right. I spent all of my youth in denial of women's actual nature. Assuming that "real love trumps all". Nope.
I had to confront my own tendency to excuse horribleness for the sake of wonderous physical attributes. It took decades to overcome this (and _perhaps_ I have...). And I fought and fought against reality, only to discover that in _EVERY_ case, for women, _money_ trumps all else. 💰> ❤ ♾
⚠I dare these two to react to and publish the video, "Hot Crazy Matrix". I dare you guys. She will lose her sh|t over that video. It's done by a weapons training instructor who uses that kind of teaching style to explain a two by two matrix defining how women see men, and evaluate their prospects. I believe that video should be taught in high schools around the world, for it is truth. Fundamental to human nature, and men need to learn it as soon as they start to have an interest in women, or suffering will ensue.

The thing about being proud of being American yes im proud of being American but some people will never see you as an American you'll always be (insert country or continent) American for Europeans coming to the US and after the second generation they're fully Americanized nobody would ever not see him as an American reminds me of what Joe Rogan said about Tom Segura his family is from Peru but hes a white Hispanic and Joe was like i would've never guessed you look like an average American aka white and its sad when you're also shunned by your parents country of origin they dont see you as a real Colombian or Mexican

Just to add what Ash and others have mentioned, Bill Burr is all right, but for me his voice and tone (perhaps anger) can get tiresome.
I've liked Patrice because he can say things with a 'softer demeanor.' Even this 'racist' skit doesn't seem so aggressive or attacking.

Their kids (depending on age) would have a slight accent and a strong German cultural influence. And would also call themselves German American.
By the third probably not so much.
But there are some people who call themselves fill in the blank American with only half heritage of a certain region. 😊
