I feel like us guys mostly catch up with eachother in terms of bonding over mutual interests more so than personal life stuff. Like talking about sports, video games, anime, or whatever, you know what i mean.

I love Ash admits that she is like that. When my girlfriend started on a story tangent, i would keep listening but get a bowl of popcorn, 2 litre of Pepsi, and a sandwich to settle in for the journey. Like T.I. said in Ant-Man and The Wasp, "You put a quarter in, you have to pet the song play."
I am 69 and worked in London since I was 17 years old, since 1971. I have worked in a variety of environments with a variety of people.
With most Men,I could work for years and, barely, know,if they have kids or their wives' name.

It's most women that are like that, so don't feel like it's only you lol. I truly think that one of the things that women need to try and understand about men is we really value peace and quiet from time to time. Home should be a place where you aren't getting bombarded with drama and long winded conversations cosntantly. It's fine if your girlfriend/wife wants to sit and vent to you and talk about problems. But having that all the time ends up making men feel trapped like he was saying earlier in the video. Which you never wanna feel at home. So if women can take anything away from this, just know that your man would really appreciate it if you just give him a peaceful, relaxed area when he gets home. We are pretty simple in that way.
100%. I can hang with my dad, or my male friends for hours and barely say a word and just enjoy being around each other. Nobody feels awkward or feels the need to fill the dead air. At the same time, we can have HOURS long conversations about things that actually matter and are interesting.
My mom and my female friends feel the need to talk even when they are alone, if not to just hear their own voice...drives me nuts.
I wish I wasn't only attracted to women, because there's only such a small percentage of them that I'm compatible with haha

I think men feel this way until they have a girl who is a really to themselves. It’s easy to complain about something when you haven’t experienced the opposite. What most people want is balance. Spend quality time together, but at times you both need space
@@justlooking1087 I don't think that is correct, honestly. More quiet, chill women are gonna be better at keeping men long term, then someone with opposite personality traits to the overall majority. Loud, entitled, obnoxious, super out going women tend to do alot worse with keeping men long term.

I said that men like to have their alone time, but we also like to have a woman who is present and attentive to our needs. We like quality time, and we like to have a woman who pays attention enough to see what we need in the moment and caters to that.

2 years ago back when i was single i laugh at this jokes but i was like i dont really know what it mean...but after i got married i start to understand and can relate because i like to be alone sometimes at the house somewhere minding my own thing while my wife somewhere else doing her own stuff but when she out,going to work or being out with her friend i start to feel lonely..huhu

I really think you guys should take time on the couch and watch the entire "Elephant in the room" special.
He hits on so many of the topics that he is passionate about in that special, without going full misogynist like the Black Phillip stuff.
Dont get me wrong I like the Black Phillip stuff aswell, I am a middleaged white male so I am allowed to be a little toxic. But it might be hard to digest for someone who hasn't seen his comedy shows and O&A appearances first.
Literally bought a chair for the shower so I can just sit there and relax under hot water.
This is why the male lion patrols his territory alone or with another male. He knows his harem of lionesses are in the territory but wont spend 1 minute more than necessary with them to feed, mate and relax lol. The lionesses are in the dwelling, just not in his face.
