- In this video we upgrade the Goped Sport exhaust from an ADA Stalker can to a Sikk Torque end-bleed tuned pipe. Braaaaap!

I don’t see why people wouldn’t rather sit and have more control (in most cases) ...and also look more badass since it’s pretty much a motorcycle, but that’s just my two little pennies. Plus most people already have an old cruiser/mountain bike laying around that can easily be converted with an $80 kit from Amazon
The only advantage of a motorized scooter I see is that it’s more portable.

I’ve had some monsters build for ground up g260 with a sikk toys center bleed and a 850 spindal I was gone I only weight like 130 at the time my last build was a g240 zenoah 850 spindal block rim I put over 1 k in it

I have a goped gsr sport whit a mini rhino pipe, and a 52 theet sprocket. Runs 40 to 45 km/h on my zenoha gz25n23. Great noise to
What size is that is it 40mm I got zenoah 5600 g23lh think of put a cheap pipe on
mine is bone stock with a changed spindle hitting 28 i’m definitely a smaller rider though

Great Videos! Really entertaining, many greatings from Germany. I'll receive my GoPed this week, a late 80s Sport Model in decent condition. But it's totally forbidden to drive it on the open streets, i could loose my drivers license for doing so. We'll see :D

Can u please wire a little or big light to the spark plug.. really want to know if it's possible to power off the spark...
Power what? The spark plug is several thousand volts. Not good for powering anything. If you're wanting a light, led bike lights that are rechargeable are a good option!

Sorry for such a late reply, but this is the original deck that came with it. I sanded it and stained it with some outdoor wood stain then got a new set of GoPed grip tape from DDM racing for $15
Dude please help. What size bolts did you get to make your air filter fit? I got the UFO small cone and velocity stack for my g23lh and the bolts are barely not long enough. Please help
I'm honestly not sure, the first ped I bought came with it. They're probably ~5mm longer than stock

Wonder how it will run if you do some light porting in the head widening both ports and lowering a little the intake port and raising the exhaust and porting the transfers. Easily pick up 4-5 mph and fatten up that powerband
Been thinking about this a lot. A buddy of mine works for a power equipment dealer and ports chainsaws pretty frequently. Might have him take a stab at the rovan 36
@@hondayamahafan porting is were it's at. I did 27 mph on my G23LH XPed with just intake , .950 spindle and jet pro pipe. Sold pipe bought walbro carb had my head ported with port matched intake manifold and open exhaust and did 34 mph running on vp112 jet pro slowed me down got an engine trix pipe similar looking like yours and picked up almost 3 mph.
@@hondayamahafan the rovan cylinders are junk stock. I ported my rovan 36cc and it’s a huge difference in power.
Will keep that in mind. My friend @SuperDaveOutdoors ports chainsaws. Might ask him to do the rovan
how much are the pipes
Try having the smaller man do the test run, (if He's willing to), you may gain another mph or 2. It's worth a try at least.
Normally if it were his build he'd do the speed runs. But since it's mine, and I built it to carry my large frame, I did the speed runs to see how fast it could carry me! It easily would've gone 26 with him on it. Stay tuned for the new project, putting a 36cc engine on a new frame!

Where do you get that exhaust flange thing
The flange that bolts to the motor? That came with the pipe. Its a "Sikk Chrome End-Bleed Torque Pipe" that I bought from DDM. If youre talking about the silencer, its a generic one I got off of ebay made for 1/5th scale RC Cars.
when you bought the pipe did they advise you to rejet the carb?
These carbs don't have jets that you change out, they have needle jets that you adjust by screwing in and out. But yes, you need to retune the carburetor for the new pipe

The throttle set up for the Rovan is different than the one on the stock engine, you need these parts and it'll work fine

Did you not have to tune up the carb or is it original air filter?
You have to tune the carburetor on any goped if it has an adjustable carburetor on it. Tuning it increases the performance. In this case I had to re-tune it to run richer with the better flowing exhaust.

You can still buy them on the goped website but they're very expensive new. I'd look on Facebook marketplace
I have a running Big Foot for sale in East TN on tha low...
Any stock goped can run 25+mph, but when ONLY a spindle is changed you sacrifice lowend acceleration for top end speed and vis versa. When parts are changed AND then a spindle is changed, more top speed can be achieved without sacrificing low end power.
Video coming soon for new top speed run! This was set up for riding in a location with a lot of relatively long and steep hills. Now that I'm in a flat area I'm moving to a bigger spindle.

also, end bleeds are great for torque but loud, center bleeds are better for getting 2-3mph gains. Which motor do do have?
Good to know. It's a Rovan 29cc. A clone of the Chung Yang. I'm going for torque over top speed. I've since gotten a silencer for it as well.
@@hondayamahafan What size spindle? I have a GP290 (CY) w/ stuffed crank and a .710 spindle and ive gotten to 31.6, im 6'1 245lbs.

I'm basically starting over. Xped frame modified to fit a 36cc.

So, a larger spindle and there is where your top speed will come from as you have the torque now.

How do you toon the pipe
It's called a tuned pipe because the design is specific to these engines and maximizing power. You don't actually "tune" the pipe, it's tuned in it's design. You tune the carburetor to make it run better
What cc engine have you got on it?

It's a 36cc Rovan motor. Be aware it's not a direct fit. You have to slot the mounting holes and widen the center hole
Dang, i have a goped sport that has a pipe on it but its only 23cc and i just bought it from someone, and im currently fixing her up, can you help me find some upgrades i can do to make it faster?
@@that.one.3rdgen372 Sorry I told you wrong. The goped in this video has a 29cc motor that is a drop in replacement for the factory motor. Check out billetboard.com, and gopednation on Facebook. Easy speed mods are bigger spindle, pipe and an air filter/vstack setup. Have fun!

That's a good idea! I've currently got almost enough spare parts to build another whole sport. Also I'm planning on building an air tire this summer. Probably a gsr 46 or a trail ripper!
@@hondayamahafan Nice, i would recommend a trail ripper, i have never owned one but they look hella fun to jump around on. Maybe you could build a rugged off road sport though, as you already have a sport for the street. Maybe you could find a way to mount some trail ripper wheels and tires on a sport!

Crotalus_ 420 there are a ton of riders who have chain driven peds (GSR’s) that hit 50-60MPH, fastest I’ve been was 47mph on my old race ped and it was scary as fuck, but the adrenaline
