Yes, indeed. I should have a review video up sometime this weekend or next week. I am impressed. There are a few issues, but nothing you can't get around. Thanks for watching, man.
You've also given me the urge to break out some software and design a cross of my own. I have an idea that's been percolating in the back of my head, and I might know how to do it now.
Very nicely done! love those crosses and would love to cut them and give them as gifts because I am hobby scroller & woodworker:-) thank you my friend:-)
I noticed that you also have a Wen machine. I just bought a Wen, tried mt hand at cutting some wood. I noticed that it was sort of having a hard time cutting through the wood. Do you recommend using the blades that the unit comes with, or going out and buying a certain brand of blades? In the past, I have noticed that companies will use the lowest quality add-ons to a product. Is it me? My machine, the wood or the blades, I'm wondering. Are there too quality/sharper blades to use? Just bought my Wen, haven't done anything but cut some pieces of wood to get a feel for it.
Yes, the blades that come with it are usually garbage. They will cut soft woods and very thin woods fine, but anything more and it will struggle. You can get some Olson blades fairly cheap, however, I just recently switched to Flying Dutchman blades and really like them so far. Hope this was helpful.
How are you liking the WEN scroll saw after doing these projects? Watched your review and I'm wondering if you're still happy with it as I am thinking of buying one. Thanks, great videos. New subscriber here.
Thanks for subscribing. Yes, I am still happy with it. I don't get to use it as much as I would like at the moment, but when I do, it works splendidly.
Thanks, Annikas. Sounds like you have that problem with a lot of tools over there. More expensive anyway. I wish I had a lathe... haha. So I guess we are even.
These are awesome! The little Wen saw looks like it's getting put through the paces!

Great projects. Picked up the patterns, though I confess, I probably won't have time in the near future to make one.
Awesome. I just saw that in an email. Thanks so much. I hope you get to it eventually, they were fun to make.
