Another Tech that I have found pretty interesting in Gardevoir is Vitality Band. It assists with quite a bit of math both with and without Munkidori. Examples: Gardevoir ex swing 200 for Raichu V / Raikou V Gardevoir ex swing 230 for Roaring Moon ex / Iron Hands ex (w/Munkidori assist) Scream Tail swing 170 for Lumineon V Scream Tail swing 200 for Raichu V / Raikou V (w/Munkidori assist) Drifloon swing 190 for Rotom V Drifloon swing 220 for *Insert Generic V/ex pokemon* (w/Munkidori assist) Additional neat part is that it prevents a Lost Vacuum play from your opponent. the card was added in my deck because I was worried about the Miraidon matchup.
Fun video that threw a bucket of water on my enthusiam for dipplin! I really wish festival grounds itself was more useful, and I am surprised that these decklists don't use Thorton. I feel like you want to fill the empty spots on the bench with basics for the attack anyway, and it could have good synergy with getting rabsca back into play if you go that route. Very curious to see how Hydrapple changes the dynamics of this deck. They have made a point to have a grass and dragon split of Applin & Dipplin, and the set is dragon themed, so it probably won't have anything to do with festival, but one can dream.
i want to see yall test out Greninja Froslass, it's been on my radar lately and i think it has a lot of potential against so many of the meta relevant decks (Lugia, Chien-Pao, Gardevoir, etc, even Dragapult). turns out there's just so many ability having mons in the current format!
Your Gardevoir ex decklist at the beginning shows only 58 cards by my count. What would you put in the final two slots/what are in the final two slots that weren't shown in the video list? 😁
Any day I can see Jack and Joe playtest Gardevoir a good day to me, plus seeing the Festival deck in action saves me a lot of copium lol Can't wait to see how well Fezandipiti works, if at all, as well as the Rad Tsareena tech in Festival.
Thought this would be a hard match up but i think forcing them to go first and using your turn 1 going second as a festival you wanna tm evo the rabsca asap or set up that manphy right away
Appreciate the videos! I know I should temper my expectations for the festival lead deck but I'm still gonna build it. Will it be better than rogue? Probably not, but dealing 400 damage to a Charizard sounds like a good time to me
if you thin about it festival lead is an amzing deck in the new format of darks. one because weakness and dipplin will be hitting for 2 hundred per attack which is 400 total which is a instant knockout against every pokemon ever and it is very consistent getting you any card you need for the new matchups meaning that you can play more cards that are great for pacific matchups instead of having the extra cards being attacking buffs
Did really well in my pre releases to the point I got the greninja ex with froslass built, feels really good with devolution, hoping to see your guy's thoughts on a greninja build soon, love the content BTW keep it up
Naw I ain’t feeling the Thawckey Dipplin list. I understand Manaphy but I feel Rabsca is a must have. I liked the JPN 2-2 line. But I understand a Turn 2 Rad Ninja can only be stopped by Manaphy. Also, don’t think Unfair Stamp is the right ace spec for the deck. Definitely think Hyper Aroma or Max Belt is better
Game 1 you would have won by attacking with flutter mane instead of Gardevoir ex, getting the ko on dipplin and on the benched applin (munkidoki + flutter mane damage)
These are probably yall's best videos, I wish yall did these more often. I could watch hours of this.
thanks so much! should be a lot more on the way

Doesn’t really work with scream tail sadly but all your other points are solid it might be a good card to consider
I would love to see raging bolt with Ogerpon ex. It’s a cool deck that I would love to see against the top decks like Charizard ex or Dragapult ex.
yuup Bolts been doing well in city leagues with Ogerpon, it's on the list!
The fluttermane meant that the Active had no ability and so twackey couldn't work

there are still a lot of challenging spread based decks in format causing a headache for this deck!
I think putting TM's into these decks would be incredibly powerful. Crisis punch twice has won several games for me now
Has it been confirmed that Dipplin can not attach twice with tool cards?
Also,I can't stop hearing "PROFESSOR CHURRO!!"
correct, you only attack twice with Dipplon;s own attack (not EVO/DEVO)
Fantastic video, love to see Dori in Garde!
hey! Awesome vid, any chance of seeing ancient box / dundunmoonmoon face the new decks like dragapult?
moon duns is a bit shaky now that draga can destroy basic duns easily, possibly some ancient box stuff though!
Did really well in my pre releases to the point I got the greninja ex with froslass built, feels really good with devolution, hoping to see your guy's thoughts on a greninja build soon, love the content BTW keep it up
Roseanne’s Backup seems like it would be good in Festival Lead.
How do you like them apples? A lot actually🍎🍏
Would you be able to use TM evo with Goldeen to evolve 4 pokemon with it (or, evolve 2 pokemon twice up to stage 2s)?
Nope! the ability specifically says attacks this pokemon has, meaning that any additional attack gained from a tool cannot be used via the ability
Do we know if the festival lead dual attackers can use the tms twice or if it’s only the printed attacks
Only printed sadly
In 15:50 it was game for gardevoir with the munkidori + flutter mane on active + applin, right?
Definitely seems like it
Yup looks like I missed that, still getting early reps in with all these decks!
Is there lore on why you say pressurizing instead of pressuring
Not sure on the lore but I just had to make sure that pressurizing was infact a real word and I’m thankful it is
is meowscarade ex going to be featured?
its not done great in city leagues so its unlikely im afraid
checking the Wossy Wiki mid game 😂 Great vid again lads!
gotta be done
Why he actually hasn’t attacked Dipplin with Screamtail instead of Thwackey.
Manual. Focus.
This deck goes hard into Zard but will be terrible into Dragapult. Be interested to see how the Meta develops
I mean Thwackey deck ☺️

I discuss potential changes toward the end of the video (discussing Rabsca specifically!)
Monke deck, Monke deck!

Yep good spot, i was so focussed on using flutter defensively to shut down festival lead 🙈
Instead of the manaphy & jirachi put in rellor and rabsca
@@Averagedonut1 but what if you go 2nd into any greninja deck 🥹
@@OmniPoke Salvatore the rellor I play it
