Ketogenic Woman chills the butter about 10 minutes after it’s browned, then add mix ins like Keto Chow and whip it up with beaters like a frosting consistency. Fill silicone molds then freeze and pop out.

I guess I'm the odd one...I love the brown butter bites right out of the freezer. But my next batch will have bacon in them and as soon as I get my LMNT order I just placed, I'll be adding the chocolate flavor. Thanks for the video! I tried brown butter but didn't like it enough to spend that much time on making it. I make bites with one stick of unsalted butter with 2 ounces of coconut oil melted together, mixed with one serving of Keto Chow. I used the Pecan Sticky Bun flavor and it was amazing. I put them in the freezer to start and then put them in a shallow pan with a lid in the fridge. I will give the gelatin a try but maybe not as much, to see how I like it. Texture might be an issue for me. Thanks for showing your experiment.

Whipping the brown butter when it cools to a soft solid and then adding some cinnamon and caramel stevia or maple, then putting them in molds in the freezer makes them much easier to eat. Question: does the Stevia in the LMNT not bother you? I've had major blood sugar drops from using Stevia. I would love to do the LMNT but I'm hesitant because of that.

I just had an idea. Could you freeze the browned butter and then whip it? 🤔 I think I will have to try that if I can find the time.
