As a 50yr old man, you may think it strange I enjoy watching you unpack items for a dolls house. Actually, I've been waiting for this since you mentioned it in a previous video and I cant wait to see the continuation of your dolls house boxes, and the set up, once cleaned. So many unique old pieces, I didn't see a single one I didn't find fascinating in one way or another. The bouquet of flowers at the end and the little pets are my favorite if I had to choose any, they are all just fascinating!😊🥰💖

Gainsborough's 'Blue Boy' recently traveled back to my place of employment after a short visit to the U.K. He has pride of place in the main gallery of what we call the HUG. He used to face 'Pinkie' - but currently faces a Kehinde Wiley painting of a 21st Century portrait of a young man.

I still have mine, and since then I made an old fashioned saloon, using a large shadow box that hangs on the wall. I also made another house from a kit. I love all of the tiny things that I've made or purchased to make them "homie"!

The Asian decorated porcelain container with the blue interior would be amazing in a garden just outside the house, with tiny glass or ceramic painted fish - no water, the blue glaze is the illusion of water. I’ve seen that sort of thing in “dolls day” sets in Japan.

It made me a little sad-my 95 year old mother was born into a very poor family-she had corncob dolls and made their furniture from rocks. She would have been awed by something like this. I have a few miniatures that I have collected over the years. I even have a collection of real fur mice in costumes. I got them for my Mum. She passed away and I regained them. She loved mice. I have glass ones, porcelain ones and some are so small they are able to rest on an eraser at the end of a pencil. I did at one time have a doll house. But alas, as I have moved and traveled as an adult, most of the pieces are gone. So I really enjoyed this video.

I love everything! The house I live in was built in 1916. They took incredibly amazing care of the wood and floors, doors and door knobs are all original to the house. The door knobs are the white and black porcelain maybe? The other door knobs are fascitted glass. They look like giant diamond door knobs. The house is also in a historic district in the city. all the wood in the house is all original which is amazing to me! There are fire places in every room, and all the rooms have 2 doors even the bathrooms! That was so crazy to me, because most younger Americans would not like it. My middle son who is 20 and already out of the house, said it was a creepy old house. I find my house beautiful and the history in this house feels like happiness and love.

That brass mystery item reminds me of a warming tray for hot food dishes...

Oh what fun that was. Can’t wait for box #2. The shallow bowl that fits on the wire stand reminds me of pet feeding station.
