It can't. In order for AI to do that, it would need consciousness and an opinion on what a 10/10 song is. AI has no way to rate its own ideas because it's not built with a conscience that has been governed by culture and experiences in order to form an opinion on whether or not its own generation was "good" or "bad". When AI can create music that is indistinguishable from human music, we would be fucked anyways.

Despite my English being pretty good and being taught English as a second language since second grade in elementary school, when I listen to English music, It's like i don't even hear what they're saying, i only hear the melody unless i really try to focus on hearing the lyrics. This is another reason why I don't mind songs where lyrics don't actually make sense, its all about the chord progression and melody for me
