all Envato music can be monetized if you have a membership with them.

is it easy to get copyright on music or graphic content from envato? I am not using their audio but using their motion text for my project but don't want to re-enter license for every video I produce to save some time.

You most likely have to enter license for everything you use form Envato, but it's a copy and paste process that takes seconds.

Yes, just check who exactly has opened a dispute against you and attach in your response to TH-cam all the corresponding licenses.

If you are infringing copyrights and you can't prove otherwise, TH-cam will automatically remove your video.
