This is unfortunately an issue that all pod business owners will encounter sooner or later as there are a lot of design thieves on the web that always try to profit from your intellectual property.
That's why it's extremely important for you to know what to do in this scenario and how to protect your art.

I nearly got mad trying to successfully report stolen designs to mba. I've faced every single problem you describe in your PERFECT video! So I followed exactly your way to report it and finally it worked!! Today the first stolen design has been removed and it is soooo satisfying! There was even no reply with verification code. Just the confirmation mail including complaint ID, two days later a further mail with the final information that the ASIN has been removed. Again, thank you so much for this perfect piece of tutorial!🙏
Thank you SO MUCH!! I'm a newer seller on MBA, I'm on Tier 25. So, I started selling a few t-shirts, out of my 25 designs, one of them is the main one selling. The design that was selling was in color, so I decided to make a grayscale version of it and see if customers might like that one too. Last night, I clicked on my brand name to see my listings, the first top five row were all my designs, great! But then I scrolled down and I started seeing my design, the same exact text (which no one else has on Amazon that I could find) until this person. What he or she did was use my text and even put it on there the exact same unique way I did and the image beside the text. This lazy a$$ copyright infringer, used my text the same exact way, created the same type of design, but made the image part in another 4-5 designs so he altered the image but the image is the same concept. Ok, I knew this would happen with copying designs which is bad enough, but this total POS not only copied my design with some alteration, he used word for word, my bullet points, my description, my title, AND worst of all, MY BRAND NAME, which has MY unique first name in it and is also the words of one of my online store's domain name. This really pissed me off because I have spent lots of time adding my Amazon links with my brand name on X, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. I asked my friends if they wanted to help me out by buying any of my shirts, etc. on Amazon so I can move up to the next tier. But right now, when you click on MY brand name, my stuff is mixed in with this POS's shirts. So, of course, anyone who clicks on MY links with MY brand name, will see his or her shirts and think they are mine. Not only because this person's copy is not as good as mine, you can tell it was just thrown on there as fast as they could, some of the copies are ugly and poor quality, I don't want MY name and MY brand messed up by this ahole putting up poor quality designs and people think I did those. So, not only was all this a pain in the butt because the fool put up 40 products with the same brand name as mine but I had to waste about two hours, getting all the ASIN's to fill out my Copyright Infringement report to Amazon. I, like you, cannot stand lazy people like this. They could not even manage to change the brand name? Word for word, everything that is in my listings. If I could have reached through the computer to this POS, they would no longer be with us.

What if someone stole our design and uploaded it many times or many people stole our design
Should we make a copyright claim for each one or just add all the ASINs in one form?
I would make a claim for each one. The more claims you send to that seller, the bigger the chance that Amazon complete remove him from the platform.

Lara what is the easy way to find our stolen designs?
Honestly I was just looking for my own design using the Amazon search bar and I stumbled across mine by chance,..there is no easy way, but I suggest you to don't waste too much time about scanning the internet, your time is more valuable. Trust me karma is a bitch and if someone stole from you you will eventually notice and report it. 😂😉

Every time I submit a report of 100% real infringement the Amazon Customer and Brand Protection respond that the notices I have submitted to Amazon are invalid or inaccurate. (I followed all steps on the form). What should I do to solve this? copycats greatly affect my sales.

@@youssefazougagh9825 it’s extremely frustrating because they say on Amazon Merch FAQ that copy cat designs are not allowed and yet it happens all the time and they refuse to have my form go through. Like you, I also followed all the steps on the form and it still does not work.

@@celestehernandez2000 Yes, it is the same problem I have with the amazon copyright department, I contacted Merch by Amazon Support to submit my complaint this is their reply "We suggest you fill out the survey at the end of the cases that you received from those teams or contact that department and submit the complaint.
However as the Merch by Amazon team we are only able to handle requested for our team."
