The front door faces North? Any rain Water collection? Solar on the roof looks like it might be shaded by those trees. I'd ground mount the panels, you've got room. Cleaning off the snow would be easier too.
The finish is nice, but to run on a generator 24/7 instead of solar is no for us. As well the lack of plumbing and a hot water heater for the price should be included. Very pretty though.
@@2010katak isn’t it crazy asking $250,000 on a generator with no solar. This guy buys the land for $25,000 then spends another $40-$50,000 on the trailer and misc. tanks then asks $250,000 . It makes no sense at all.
@@billyjohnson9166I’m seeing this 8 months later, it appears it made sense, it’s sold! Not everyone has the capacity to find land, install the road, build a simple shed for power, or resource and build a dwelling! Investors need to make a buck, 250 doesn’t seem to outrageous. The new owner didn’t think so either👍
It's an awesome holiday pad when you want some piece and quiet.
For $250,000?
I can see tiny homes all over that land
Beautiful piece of property
Thanks!

Correct, no that’s a good idea tho. True on mounting to ground would be better for snow removal. It sold but good ideas for the new owner!
I'm in NM, lack of water on many properties - and you say your's is delivered? Fancy Container Home, nice.
We don’t have water issues we have a lot of snow every year. Just need to drill a well if wanted.
