My wife and I viewed this property on Monday. The 4 mile dirt road that leads to the home is not recommended for small cars. A 4x4 or AWD with good suspension is best. Hopefully, the key to the gate is returned because you'll have to walk down the long driveway on foot. FYI.
Wish i could view the listings on the website without signing up and creating another log-in and password in life, but i watch every video waiting for the one. Gotta free the website, just an idea, not brilliant but has some logic.
Really nice property Peter. I’m still kicking myself for not buying the cabin you showed me last year in Passadumkeag . I could have been enjoying this summer instead of still looking.
Hindsight is 20/20. I feel your pain. I'm still looking, too. Hoping for more choices and better prices one year from now. I hate to catch a falling knife. Wait.
*United Country Lifestyle Properties of Maine* Beautiful piece of property & taxes not that bad for what your getting, thank-you sir for taking the time to show us around. GOD Bless.

@@janicewilliams433 No I am trying to get as much information regarding any access to electricity and what is involved with being inside the plantation. Rules if any. Thank you
There is no electricity on site. You will need to use solar generator or combination of the two for power. There is no plan to run electricity in 4 miles from the paved road.
I'm always amazed at the low property values of these recreational properties. This property where I live would easily push $1M. Wish I had these in my backyard.
@@msgtjim4692 if looking for privacy and isolation northern Maine is your place. But that comes with a higher cost of living in a state with a high cost of living to begin with. Maine is a beautiful place to live, a hard place to make a living.
I’m a huge fan of the indoor wasp nests. Nice touch!

Looks like a great place.
Seems quite nice. What about the no lights? Is that literal? What about furnished?
Ah well behaved children. Great job Peter, nice collection of storage buildings on the property.
I have trained wasp for security at my cabin also.
Looks like this property is under contract. Boo and Congratulations!
Thanks for sharing.
❤ So Beautiful! Thank you!
Different strokes for different folks!
seems like a good value

How does the cabin obtain electricity?
It's "Off Grid" buy a generator.
Solar or a generator as it's OFF GRID

Go for it!

An hour north of the largest city in Maine, hour or more from any substantial city. When he posts off the grid he means it literally.

Indeed. These properties in Minnesota would be 5X higher priced.

3 hrs plus, actually.
What exactly is tree growth plan?
It’s a correct use tax program in Maine to reduce the property taxes on forested lands of 10 acres or more.
Entering the cabin as he almost trips on a loos board.
That was a close call. Hope it made you laugh.
When is this available to see? We’re coming from Massachusetts Worcester area. Do you show on Sundays?
Peter - please don't sell to those people. Don't Massachusetts Maine.

Yeah and they are afraid to put $$$ in either. Why I wont deal with anyone that cant include $$$
What? Why would the seller include any funds, especially in this market.
