The upkeep on a black vehicle is a pain !! I’ve had 2 black vehicles and you need to polish & wax 2x per year and hand wash at home. I really love the Lime green or Solar Octane.

I have seen Yesterday Norwich CT 76.5 Acres Timber land inside the town on the junction of three rivers.Suuprb place to live there.The annual taxes of the land are so low about $1600 .
Why too much taxing when these mountain lands are not profitable??? Why the Govts of California abd Colorado states are so hungry for taxes and not supportive in forest lands?Its a shame for such states.
Taxes are cheap, there is grant money for agriculture on the land. It’s also an income producing Airbnb.

It used to be a FS outhouse from a campsite in the area. It now comes with the property.

It almost looks like about 80 acres have been logged off not too long ago. Is all that cleared land the 80 acres? It certainly is surrounded by a lot of trees on the one side of it. Glad they left a few to shade the cabin. You never did mention the water source and it would’ve been nice to know as well. How many amp services is coming in? you said that’s a gravity shower and showed the holding tank above it. Let me guess, ambient temperature water?
