IT'S ALL SMILES HERE FROM AMMAN, JORDAN 🇯🇴
Today was fantastic. We toured all around Amman -- visited ruins and museums, learned about the ancient history, ate lots of hummus and falafel, and I hosted a meet up with lots of likeminded travelers! There is no doubt in my mind that this is the safest city in the Middle East. Heck, it's safer than anywhere I've been in the USA!
Also, I literally haven't slept a wink in 35 hours since leaving Manila and spending all last night editing videos in the Dubai airport... I'M COMPLETELY DEAD. Especially after editing this video. My brain hurts. Going to sleep now, and gotta wake up at 6AM to visit Petra!
Has anyone else been to Amman, Jordan, and can back me up on the fact that it's extremely safe? I want to hear from you in the comments below!
P.S. - I love the Middle East ❤️ Every time I come here, I am overwhelmed by how welcoming and friendly the people are. I've never experienced hospitality like this in any other part of the world.

Instead of taking the Pacific route, you decided to fly in the opposite direction to explore a country on the way back to the US. Great choice, I can see that decision was well worth it. I really want to visit Petra and Wadi Rum, where they filmed the live action Aladdin

When I visited my family in Jordan i went with them to petra and wadi rum it was AMAZING. I would recommend everyone to go as soon as the pandemic ends

I was lucky enough to explore Jordan in February before the world shut down. Amman, Petra, wadi rum and the Dead Sea. I stayed walking distance to Rainbow street. Love Jordan and Jordanian food!!! So much falafel there 🇯🇴

I remember when I stopped in the Aqaba, Jordan on my military cruise. You could see the beautiful and fun city of Eilat, Israel from the city. I got to spend two wonderful weeks camping out in the Jordan desert wilderness. It was incredibly hot during the day, so sleeping wasn't a great option! I got to hike a mountain pass with a group of my friends and members of my unit. Fun times!
I have been to Amman and I felt very same. Not to mention that it is a cool city!

I love love love Amman! I am an Indian and used to live in Dubai. I have never had a bad meal in Amman. There are so many options even for vegetarians. If I get back to GCC I will travel to Amman just to eat!

It's the safest country corona wise too, most days we get zero local transmissions, but we get cases from people that came to Jordan that are quarantined in hotels for 2 weeks, so thats a plus too

Abu Dhabi/Dubai is technically safer , but hey Jordan has way more history and has much more of a traditional city vibe to it as opposed to a manufactured metropolitan developed city .
