I noticed that the video never said the owners rescued it, so I looked to comments about this and only found yours So the guy that found it entered it in the rescue category, but it isn't a rescue just a lost dog. Taking away the opportunity of third place from actual rescue dogs

He'd become an instant celebrity! Beagles have a special way of finding the best adventures!
