It's not Touring, it's EXL V6. Touring never had manual transmission because of bunch of safety features.

@@dumahim yeh, it seams that there is different Tourings for USA and Canada. I have Touring from USA and there is no wireless charger
It's true; in Canada the Accord Coupe Touring has the 6sp manual option.
