Look if u r a beginner then you just have to hit equivalent grams per/kg of your weight our body contains fat also and we just have to feed protein to the muscle only and then after a while when your body adapts to intense workouts or you've any desired goal then you should increase the amount of protein not everyone starts consuming 150-200grms on day one it'll be worthless now I'll tell you the hacks okay in non veg options we've plenty of sources and it also have a upper hand against the veg ones it's a kinda elite food so coming on you can take 250grams of chicken make it of your desired type per 100gm contains 31 grams in total you'll have around 78 grams from it you can have it with roti or rice your choice can be consumed twice a day pre or post workout or either in dinner or lunch whatever suits you and then in breakfast or go to meal you can take 4 🥚 omelette or scrambled for time efficiency can have with toasts or rotis with a glass of milk 500ml or 200 and with a 🥄 of peanut butter your choice so the overall intake will be counted as over 2000 calories and the protein will be somewhere around 140-150 you can adjust it as I've told you earlier if u r a beginner then you've to hit just equivalent of the body weight I preferred 🐔 and 🥚 cuz it has more amount of protein in any other meat now in veg options or the meals you can have in any slot breakfast lunch dinner pre or post workout whatever doesn't matter in veg we've limited options like legumes and lentils nuts seeds and dairy it contains paneer,kidney beans,chickpeas,black gram,besan dry fruits for healthy quick carbs and fats you can have milk and then curd for gut health and overall hydration and digestion curd contains prebiotics you can make 2 sabzi combo like chole paneer each 100-150gms ur choice and I breakfast can have toasts with peanut butter a cup of milk and any fruit will recommend banana for carbs and many other things or can also have overnight soaked sprouts/chickpeas/black gram you can have them in pre or post workout and dry fruits as healthy munchings and to beat the cravings besan ka chila is aslo a good option for a quick meal look weight training requires energy you should not done it empty stomach you've to be eaten something before hitting the iron atleast 30-90mins ago only cardio should be done empty stomach cause it focuses on calorie Burning ignore soy and pulses they're crap not good sources for us stick with them I've given enough options and now it's up to you. You can easily hit 100-150 grams with these
