Hi Gina enjoyed this workout but as a 60YO it was just a little too fast for me. At least it is raining in Melbourne so I dont need to walk the puppy today

I’m a huge Gina fan. But I don’t like the format where you repeat blocks. I prefer unique moves for each song and then you move on to something new. 😊
